Way easier than the last app, very fast and time efficient. Most of everything is displayed for you, you don’t have to do too much like the last app. Thanks for upgrade, technology is really making this less stressful in some aspects.

Good but glitchy
App glitched and charged my card twice, otherwise it works fine. Timers & active machines aren’t always accurate
refunds
machines are constantly broken, and yet theres a limit to refunds?! maybe fix your machines so i can wash my clothes confidently and wont have to request so many refunds
No effort to improve because they know you HAVE to use it
Why can’t I login outside of a laundry room to see my funds? Why can’t I have multiple payment methods in the app? I guess it’s nice that it notifies that my laundry is done. On the flip side, it’s also stopped working before causing me to pay an extra $10 for a physical card.
