Machines taking money
No refund ever given for my detailed reports of money taken but machine not working… videos and pics evidence
So greedy
At my apartment, it’s $2.50 to dry my clothes for an hour. If I want to extend it, first, I have to be physically present to be able to push a button on the machine. Secondly, it’s $0.25 for an extra 7-8 minutes. $0.50 for half an hour. $2.00 to add an extra hour to the hour I already paid for at $2.50. Thirdly, anytime I physically use a card, I get charged an $8 “deposit”. If I use a card for two loads, that’s $36 I have to wait x amount of days to get back. If I don’t have my phone or card, then I’m screwed because they took away any sort of payment with physical currency. It’s cheaper to take all my laundry to a laundromat than use my building’s laundry room. Hope wash and their corpo greed cease to exist one day.

Washers don’t rinse. Has to strain by hand. Middle washer never works. Inconvenience

Worst app ever created. It’s a joke. Would absolutely recommend against getting this system in your building, absolutely annoying to use.

Five star service sometimes a bit buggy and the machines are malfunctioning more than ever number 14 on the dryers today would not work
