The app won’t remember my login information. I have to reenter my login information every time I enter the ap.
Really convenient
I love that I can use this app. I work during the hours the office is open and it’s hard to make phone calls for maintenance and anything else. I love being able to keep track of my rental payments. I just wish that I could update my own information. Other than that. I love this app and my community.

I like this app. It’s easy to use. I don’t have to call the office for certain things. It can be a little slow but still works fine.

Very Easy to Use and Navigate Through
This app makes it super easy to pay my rent and to submit maintenance requests!
Too Many Road Blocks
This was my 1st time paying online 💻, and the system wasn’t easily navigable once you had an issue. I entered my debit card 💳 1st because it didn’t say (ADD BANK) when I 1st logged on (correct me if I’m wrong 🙏🏾) Once I realized they would charge me $4 to the the money 💵 out I went back and tried to figure out how to add my bank account.
It kicked me out 3 times and I went downstairs after the 2nd time. Aaron tried to help but that’s not what she does & does not have access to modify anything in the system.

Lags and Cycles and Doesn’t Log in
I think the premise of the app is well however, it lags, gives error messages, and doesn’t automatically log in. I find it easier to use the web version vs the app. It needs several updates/improvements before I will use it again.
Glitchy but works
When I pay some coding shows up in the background. Amongst all of it I see not now for autopay and click that and all is fine. Re autopay, I tried to set it up before, but paying on the 1st, when rent is due, wasn’t an option. Last, the rent amount due on the 1st doesn’t show up before the 1st. So, workable (I pay the amount I know is due before the 1st.), but not great.

Why does it say one price then Go to another this apartment not even up to par how much money I’m paying are you kidding me this is crazy I would not refer anyone here because they will go threw the same problem everyone else that live here go threw these apartments need to be rebuilt like all the other ones this Is insane

Needs improvement
I’ve chosen the remember me option and the Face ID option as well. Neither seem to work for some reason so I constantly have to log again sometimes multiple times per day.

So Glitchy and developers didn’t do enough testing
This app makes it impossible to add your bank account because it doesn’t open the link that leads you out of the app once you select your bank. Have tried doing this many times without being able to. To submit maintenance requests, the categories don’t cover all of the issues around your apartment, for example, you have to submit a bathroom plumbing maintenance request under the “appliance category”.
