Awful app constantly logging you out and forcing you to re-enter your credit card info for “security reasons” so you’re stuck in the laundry room punching in your info only for it not to go through. Fix both your machines and stupid app.
Scam App
Another way of taking a simple service and figuring how to scam people. Application requires loading funds well in excess of the amount needed to do a load. Consequently, you have money stuck in your account with no way to get a refund.

App timer is always wrong
Persistently wrong (oftentimes by more than 5 minutes) timer/notification system. Set your own alarms when doing laundry.

Some of the washing machines don't work; they deduct your money but don't actually wash—they just spin dry. This is clearly intentional—nothing more than a scam to fleece people.
