Cart is Broken
The cart retains all of the products I’ve ever added even after removing them or saving for later. So if I want to actually buy anything I have to go through the same list of 12 old products I have already removed 50 times prior. Even things I’ve actually purchased. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app, signed out - on the web and app. Nothing works.

App only slightly less annoying than the website
Ordering from any Pottery Barn store is a nightmare because of their website and app performance, especially on Apple devices. I’m challenged not to throw my computer/phone with each purchase.
Love West Elm - app is buggy
Absolutely love, West Elm and spend an embarrassing amount of time on this app. However, it is buggy and can be frustrating.

A home that looks straight from a Magazine
We have pretty much decorated every room in our home with West Elm furniture, rugs and accessories. Everyone that come into our home comments it looks like a home in a magazine!
Great brand
I have ordered from west elm in the past, love the brand. Good quality. Gave 4 stars because some of the pictures on the website do not display the item in enough detail. There are several pictures but at odd angles and some are too detailed and several are of the whole bathroom but not if the rig. I just purchased bath rugs but was not completely satisfied with the pictures. I can return if needed, which is a hassle, but I like this brand and quality so I am taking a chance.

Very difficult to check out! Trying to ship to a different address and it would not let me put in that address. Very frustrating. I ended up having to have it shipped to my home and now I will have to take it to them!!! not happy
Where do I start
So look I work for the company West Elm and having this app is awesome especially when you’re in the back dealing with inventory and you want to look at an actual product if you enter in the SKU number unfortunately it doesn’t pop up you have to go to the actual computer and look it up that’s a feature that needs to be fixed also the app is extremely slow I get it there’s probably like 10,000 items it’s trying to upload but unacceptable for how fast and smooth technology moves there should be no reason this app lags the way it does,

No friendly app
No friendly app. Payment, rewards are not easy to manage
App needs some work
It’s slow and I had to close it out multiple times to get it to work properly. They navigation the icons kept disappearing from the bottom of the screen
Glitches
The website has some glitches and doesn’t flow easily. Had to start my order over a couple of times.
They don’t honor account deletion requests. Privacy vampires.
Over 4 months ago, I initiated an account deletion through this app (AND their other property, Williams-Sonoma) that has not yet been fulfilled. Repeated attempts only indicate that I’ll receive an email once the deletion is complete. It, of course, is never complete. This is unconscionable. This is a simple action to take, but one that they apparently are refusing to do. So I’ve taken two small steps to strip them of their power over my data. 1.) I anonymized my personal data. 2.) I’m leaving this negative review as a warning to all privacy-minded people to steer clear of this organization.

Always have just what I am hunting for
Great choices. Nice designs and a good price for the value. Swatches for my next purchase arrived quickly. So many fabrics to choose from. I am excited about gifting the firewood holder and basket to my husband for his birthday.

The only selection was to pay. The app did not ask me where or to whom I wanted it shipped!
