Very useless service

A very disorganised company that lacks structure and understanding of what “Time” is.

Inconsistent

West link used to be good but now it is so inconsistent with the bookings I booked the bus 2 days in advance and it cancelled so i booked again a day in advance and that ended up cancelling aswell so i had to book it again as it was my only option to get home and the driver was not moving even though the time until pick up was slowly going down it’s just not good enough.

Not an alternative to buses

Wanted to use it as an alternative for when the main buses are acting up and I’m waiting around for an hour or more but it just tells me to use the normal bus route

iPad App

Would like an IPad App.

Worst bus service

Drivers constantly cancelling on you, or lying about you not being there ect honestly use uber at least they’ll turn up and not leave you out in the rain
