I do like this app and the WHM
I think it inspires a lot of people and helps a lot of people. I have done the breath work most days for a couple of years now. What I do is a couple of rounds to get the breath into the body then use a different app for a more relaxing and deep breathing exercise as I believe the deeper, slower breathing that is more conscious and paced is much more healing and really gets into many levels of your being! I think the WHM breathing is good for charging the body up but not necessarily for relaxing. Perhaps you could introduce some relaxing breathing exercises to the app too?

It offers advice on so many things I have been doing the techniques for years now but the app makes them so much easier and the badge system makes me even more likely to do it

Buggy
This app no longer works well. Very buggy. Keeps crashing. And streaks no longer update.
Used to work
Used to work perfectly but on a new update it constantly logs you out even on mid sessions and asks you to log in. On top of that, logging in takes forever and malfunctions constantly.

Best way to do the practice
Previously, I was doing the exercise off of YouTube video. The app gives you a lot more flexibility and how long you wanna go and how many rounds you wanna do. I haven’t even been gone to explore the other material, but I’m very excited about it.
Broken since latest update
Can not log in “Something went wrong” every time logging into app. Website fine. This is since new app update.
Good But Missing 1 thing
I love Wim and have been doing the 3,4,5 rounders on YouYube for years. All this app needs is an easy to select ,4,5 rounders without all the customization. I don’t want to have to tap my phone to go through phases.
