Seamless Transaction
It used to be so cumbersome to transfer money internationally. It required a trip to the bank, filling out plenty of forms and now Wise makes it easy. I can even make a transfer from the dentist chair! Thank you
Wise is a Terrible Financial Company. Don’t do business with this financial institution.
I opened a Wise account to transfer money for a home purchase. After the transfer, Wise just abruptly closed the account with no explanation. I appealed the decision which was declined in seconds without being able to provide any documentation or explanation. Non existent customer service, no appeal process or explanation when your account is flagged or closed. Don’t do business with this financial company.

The app works like it should. But then they stop your transfer what a bunch detailed information on your personal accounts and detailed reason for sending money. This kind of ridiculous after you confirmed everything to start out with. There a lot of other options out there that is easier and less hassle to use. Not a dependable app.

I used Wise for a couple of years. I live in the US, but plan on retiring in Thailand. Unfortunately, you can’t buy property in Thailand as a foreigner. You have to have Thai ownership. My fiancé and I bought some land, and her name is on a land title. We are in the process of building a house, so a couple of times per month, I needed to send money for labor and materials.
In any case, Wise just closed my account. No explanation! Basically a generic email said, because they can. Customer support-zero!

The app says I have two accounts. I do not. It will not transfer funds by debit card, Visa card, or by direct bank transfer but is stuck in an endless loop. Contact only responds with unintelligent AI. I’ve wasted hours trying to get it to work.

Would be nice if I could actually connect my bank… plaid tries to send a confirmation code to my number to connect.. code never comes in.. frustrating app honesty.. has potential but really frustrating. Tried updating the app, toggle between WiFi and data, restarting my phone.. nothing..

Stop moving the goalposts
When you provide Instant deposits on weekdays and I’ve never had a problem with my account why do you keep moving the goalposts and make that feature unavailable for no reason, if you are going to provide a service at one level, instant deposits, then how am I to manage my finances when, and goer no reason, you stop doing that for no reason!
