Frustrating
App chooses when it wants to work, which is barely ever. I try to restart it and it never loads any pages, stays on opening page for hours……Update months later….. I never leave review but I literally had to come back and make sure I left a review because this app is so inconvenient and slow and again very frustrating. I tell my boss to switch over to a new booking site all the time but unfortunately I have to use this app. I have no idea how they have so many 5 starts gots to be fake. Everyone I’ve mentioned this app too has nothing but complaints.

App won't open
I haven't been able to open the app on my phone for the past few weeks. I even deleted it from my phone and reinstalled it and I still can't open it. Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem. The app is usually pretty good. I've been using it for about seven years.
These vultures use tricks to steal your $
Yes there are good aspects to the processes this app offers. Much of what it does can prove productive. The issue is the hidden agreements when going to the site or sites. A slider you do not give a second glance to becomes a charge they run and then good luck getting ANYONE to communicate with you. A $220 per year got a $630 raise and I was AUTOMATICALLY charged $850 because an auto renew was selected. These vultures do all they can to obscure. Check the Better Business Bureau and the number of unresolved or complaints they have ignored — many for hundreds and even over $1,000. The app is their gateway. BEWARE!!!

The app has been broken for weeks now. Had to use Ai to work around. No where available to submit another ticket.
