App crash’s
The app crash’s a lot! Every time someone on my website and I tried to click on the profile, it takes about 2 minutes to load. I have an iPhone 16 pro max and everything is up to date. I have deleted redownloaded it and it just keeps happening. I’m really thinking to take my website elsewhere as an app in the day and age is everything for quick access. It’s unusable now. I’m definitely going away. Shouldn’t have took the annual subscription.

App doesn’t work
App doesn’t open. I have to delete it and redownload for it to work.
Misleads customers
I sought an website builder which I could do it all on my mobile. From start to publish.
Wix has made their blurb sound like this app does that. But please note, the word "Publish" is missing from the list of all you can do.
If they had made it clear this app does NOT publish websites I would have gone else where than lose a day working on the site for nothing.
We cannot even use the desktop site on our mobiles. It states it needs a bigger screen.
I had heard many good things about Wix, so I am sure it's true, but I will be going to another provider. Please make it clear in your app blurb that publishing is not a feature.

Regret choosing Wix
I regret using Wix for creating my website for my dog breeding business. I can’t even update a photo or add that something new to the homepage. If anyone fills out a puppy application, I’m supposed to get a notification but instead I get false notification leading me to the same applications over and over again. AI is no help either. So much can’t be done. Even on the desktop version.

I used Wix for five years
And had a great experience but they rolled out Harmony AI too early and my homepage loads blank. They have given no timeline for a fix and I am left with zero sales until they do fix it. Even with a blank home page they also will not cancel and refund me. Do not use them anymore. Something broke and they are unwilling to fix it.
