My fiance purchased two check bags. She called and confirmed she had two bags. We get to the airport in Moldova and now they are trying to charge us 75 euros for her second bag. We are showing them the receipts, they just keep saying “it was canceled in the system” but we have the receipts of payment…

I have UK Travel Document and I have spent 4 hrs to do online checking it wasted my time at the end it says error and blah blah.Its very bad that online checking and scanning has so much hard time instead you should provide assistance I have heart problem and now I got urgent health condition because of stress of this online checking proccess.I am not happy with this.Please help people who need help.Thank you,

Disgraceful
Absolutely a joke of an airline, they stopped me for carrying the same bag I flew in with and forced me under penalty to pay £70 in order to fly. This scam method is actually how they recoup their costs. I will NEVER be flying this airline again and I strongly advise anyone else against it too.

How can you seat a family 10 rows apart with 2 young children. They share the same food, toys etc and the option to seat together is 60 GBP. Extortionate and disgusting behaviour
No nonsense and Easy
I have only flown Wizz Air once a number of years ago and recently flew to Podgorica - the whole experience was no nonsense. Bag drop and checking in in both directions was simple and everything was friendly and efficient. Booking for two I was obliged to put two bags in the hold only not one which did make it more expensive but other than that a great service - thank you.

Taking advantage of people for financial gain
The check in thing being mandatory with 50€ fee for over 3 hours is genuinely absurd, let alone what these companies do is bot 5 star reviews in order to appear as a good service to anyone who’s never flown with them, until you fly with them and regret it. Don’t believe these things, don’t get ripped off, you deserve a better quality flight and to be treated like a human. Please consider this review and don’t choose wizz air.

In order to get my boarding passes and not get charged extra fees I had to download this app. What happened to you buy something and you receive the thing. Now you buy something and in order to get the thing you already bought you need to download the app and give your personal information to every department of the company. Criminal. They should be paying us for this BS.

Will never use this airline again, their website had software glitch, and I couldn’t do online check in , because of that they asked me at the airport to pay for check in which was not my mistake

Stupidest app in the world. It doesn’t save any changes to your address or passport details or anything like that even though there’s a useless button that you can actually press to do that. Shove it.
