App is great but a typo is a huge problem!
I mis-typed the date of our flight by accident & I couldn’t correct/cancel so we had to rebook new and basically pay now double for our flights to CAT. Unfortunately we can’t use the credit (much less than you paid of course) cos we live in Australia. I know it was my mistake but on this mini screens on the phone can happen easily .. 😭I thought grace period would work .. was within the next 30 seconds when I realised I made the typo/mistake.. 🙏 .. tried email/phone etc etc but unfortunately you run against a brick wall .. 😩😭

They have seats next to each other but will “randomly” assign seats apart from each other to make you pay to change seats. This is even for a parent and a minor child!

I found the App easy to navigate and the online check in was quick. Boarding Pass is easy to locate in my Apple Wallet.

I have to download the app and do all these steps so in the end it tells me I have to pass by the check in desk at the airport. Whats the point??

Very disappointed,you force the people to buy a seat? I bought tickets together and without paying for the seat you split us in different place in airplane ….shame on you…..look at easyJet that offers much better services…and they are not hungry for money like Wizz air

We are showing them the receipts, they just keep saying “it was canceled in the system” but we have the receipts of payment…
