App was great until it wasn’t

We have used this app for years and relied on it for business purposes.
Just this week, we have been unable to log in to access important information - and have had no luck contacting WorkApp support.
Very stressful, and disappointing.

Very outdated. Missing a few features and the UI has little to no color contrast.

Great idea for app

The app is a great idea and exactly what I was looking for to assign and track day to day jobs and areas where the jobs needed to done.
But jobs are easy to put in and assign but can’t figure out how delete anything.

Web access would be nice

It would be nice to be able to use the same app on the web so when using desktop.

Link not working

The download link on the text message which redirects to the website is unresponsive so invited members cannot download it.

Does not work

There is no instruction to this app. When you try to invite someone, it simply sends them a link to download the app but does not link them in anyway to your work group. Had potential but seems no one felt like finishing the app or testing it.

How do I add contacts??!!

When I invite someone they get a text message that basically sends them to the App Store to download the app. I can’t figure out then how to add them to my contacts.

Hi, thank you for the comment. We have just released a brand new, much-improved version where you can add contacts to your Workspaces directly within the app! They will automatically be in the Workspace when they join. Feel free to give it a try!

Useful app

I will recommend to all my friends, but could you add more features like printing notes, small issue that when we chat the send button was hiding by the keyboard.
