Extremely buggy app

Poor experience
I have been using this app for over a year (no option as my workplace uses Yatra). Nearly everything is bad - booked flights will suddenly go missing from the trips section, entering project codes is a sluggish process, and hotel availability is frequently bad. Even if you show the Yatra traveldesk about the same hotel being available on other platforms, they will not be able to help. Oh and the best part about their app is that submitting any feedback always throws up a “technical error” that results in no submission, so these guys are comfortably numb with respect to their customer’s pain points.

Haven’t experienced such a bad UI ever
The app is slow, it doesn’t load, the UI is so bad that I don’t even wanna use it unless absolutely necessary. When I type the case code for my projects the box for typing closes automatically with the keypad and we end up clicking on a random case code. This is app dev 101 and the developers can’t get it right. The amount of times the app has just given up is insurmountable. Pathetic!

Pls fix the bug. post your last update unable to login….it just process on Hang on….
