Extremely buggy app
Has crashed multiple times after payment is made
Poor experience
I have been using this app for over a year (no option as my workplace uses Yatra). Nearly everything is bad - booked flights will suddenly go missing from the trips section, entering project codes is a sluggish process, and hotel availability is frequently bad. Even if you show the Yatra traveldesk about the same hotel being available on other platforms, they will not be able to help. Oh and the best part about their app is that submitting any feedback always throws up a “technical error” that results in no submission, so these guys are comfortably numb with respect to their customer’s pain points.

Haven’t experienced such a bad UI ever
The app is slow, it doesn’t load, the UI is so bad that I don’t even wanna use it unless absolutely necessary. When I type the case code for my projects the box for typing closes automatically with the keypad and we end up clicking on a random case code. This is app dev 101 and the developers can’t get it right. The amount of times the app has just given up is insurmountable. Pathetic!

Inefficient team members… there is no option to choose meal preferences for Train journey.. every time they select Veg intentionally…. Why should I have food of your choice?

Applies not working. Pop up is showing to update the app. When I got to update there is no update version found and again same pop up is showing. Kindly resolve the issue so we can use it smoothly like previous version.

Tried opening the app and it says you need to download a latest version since this ones outdated and on confirmation to download takes user to iOS store where it refuses to download saying you need iOS13

I am using Yatra app for 3 years & this is the worst update ever...After this update, in iPhone 7 and iPad we can’t able to see the letters we are typing .Kindly change the letters colour to black for visibility .
