I had a pathetic experience booking w yatra. I booked for two adults when the price was same for both either one or two, n on confirmation voucher I got a booking for one adult and one child instead. I have to now pay extra 2000 bucks for another person while it would have costed me nothing if the glitch didn’t happen on their app. I tried contacting their support team for 4 hrs straight n finally when they called back they simply said it is not a human error so we can’t do anything for the glitch that takes place on their very own app run by the company for which they are absolutely accountable but they simply denied any help saying it is system error not human error.

Great experience with yatra
I’ve been using Yatra for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best flight booking apps out there. The interface is simple and user-friendly, making it very easy to search, compare, and book flights at competitive prices.
What I really like is how smoothly the app handles bookings and provides multiple options for different budgets. It’s not just a flight booking app, but also a reliable hotel booking app with a wide range of properties and great deals.

Safety Risks, TCS Compliance Failure, and Threats to Remove Reviews
I am reporting serious concerns about the Travgram vendor associated with Yatra.
1. Cab drivers arranged by this vendor behaved inappropriately. I felt unsafe as a solo traveller.
2. TCS collected for my Turkey trip was not reported in the income tax portal. This created compliance issues affecting my tax records.
3. The TCS amount is still not refunded or resolved.
4. There were repeated delays in processing refunds despite multiple follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages over several months.
5. I was asked to delete my earlier review with a promise that the refund would be processed within one week. I removed it in good faith.
6. Even after removing the review, the refund remained pending.
7. I am being pressured and threatened to remove my reviews in order to receive my refund.
8. I was also informed that the refund could be stopped if the reviews remained online.
9. Linking refund processing to review removal is highly inappropriate and raises serious concerns about vendor conduct.
I request Yatra to review Travgram’s practices and ensure proper resolution of the pending compliance and refund issues.
