App constantly freezes while typing. Then will crash. When trying to open app, a white screen will appear & wont load.
Great App horrible customer service!
This use to be a great company to work with. The customer service is horrible. Nobody want to help with issues or questions! So sad I love the functionality but need to find a new platform!

The app has become unusable and support is non-existent
Have been using ZenSell since it was Base, no real complaints. Mobile app is our primary means of use. For weeks the app has become unusable on all our devices. Even for paid domain, support is poor and elusive (requires chat format that can take days to get response). The only time we’ve been able to speak with a person was when they called to ask how the service was (unfortunately the caller was unable to provide the support we have been seeking). Despite many years as customer, continuously poor support is forcing us to find another CRM providers

Terrible since they started charging
This app used to be incredible. Since they started charging for their services they have gone down hill fast. I was charged for two agents when I only signed up for one and they took 3 months to change it. Contacting customer support is a joke.

Zendesk sell won’t save any leads
Pay More, Get Less.
Strangely enough, since I began paying $25 monthly for the Zendesk sell app, the performance has suffered greatly. Multiple issues have not seen any resolution from support. Seeing leads on a map (I fixed this in my own by editing 400+ data entry records manually), adding a deal on the mobile app, seeing a deal on the mobile app, and even using the search function. No resolution after patiently waiting. It’s a shame, because when the app works, it is a nice product. Likewise, what good is a fun car with no tires?

Pretty good CRM.
A pretty good CRM, that seems to be only now improving after transitioning from ‘Base’ (which was very good) some time ago. But I’m happy that ‘Sell’ is getting there. I like that the tool can be customized quite a lot for example, choosing and rearranging fields. Features such as telephony, email templates and the detailed content CRM records are great. Building a sequence is relatively new and is a bit clunky and I wish I could have ‘scheduled’ emails. The app on my iPhone doesn’t seem to sync well as I continuously have to repeat the same steps when I open the app. Tag labeling is a bit confusing and the wish it were more intuitive. Form building can also use some templates and an upgrade. Keep improving.

Great way to keep track of all my accounts!
My company does not offer a system I can use while on the road. This keeps track of all my accounts and previous visit info. Couldn’t work without it!
Pay up if you want to access your contact list data
Been using them for a long time. Now I have to pay if I want to access to my contact list, and no option to just download it and go my way.
Frustrated it’s no longer free
I can understand needing to make money but I’m extremely frustrated there’s not a cheaper option. I’ve tracked all of my sales and deals in this app for the past 3 years and they’re leaving me out to dry. I’d consider a $10/month plan but at $25 it’s just not worth it when I’ve been able to use it for free for years.

Signature Bug
Signature integrates well, but shows up at the bottom of the entire email chain, under the quoted email you’re responding to. Might as well not even be there since the recipient won’t see it. Because of that one stupid bug, the entire App is pretty useless for business.
Also, when you start a new paragraph, it doesn’t automatically capitalize the first letter.

Best CRM
I’ve used so many CRMs before but this one is the best if you need a simple out of the box method.
Needs Some Work
The entire app is not user friendly. The search function is clunky and not easy to use. I usually end up closing the app and opening my laptop to access Sell.
No customer support

Issues with it
In the communication section the unmatched and matched call/text logs don’t update, now they’re 4 days out of date so I still have to use my computer to call people back instead of using the app

It’s all nice and great until you have to deal with their support, which is absolutely awful. AVOID.
Dark mode
Need dark mode. UI is a bit outdated also. Feels old.
Big upgrade over Keap and Hubspot
We had been 10 year users of Hubspot and recently went over to Keap. Wonky at best. Zendesk was the premium experience we were searching for. Very few things they could do better, would be happy to give feedback to the product team - but overall very good.
