App has its quirks “somtimes” like any app but it’s worked fine
Yall complaining about the app when u can just sign into browser it works way better or call them n do it over phone simple . Apps can b buggy but as of recently last 6 months ive had 0 issues making monthly auto pay on the app n 30$ a month no contract for 300/300
Atrocious App
One would think an internet provider would make a decent app. It’s difficult to use- and that’s when it works. It takes forever to load and today it’s been loading for over five minutes. I simply want to pay my bill and can’t even do that.
App Stinks
Updating my review to highlight how terrible the app is, thankfully my service has been fixed. For months, it had been impossible to start a chat as tapping the bubble leads to a blank page. Want to check if there’s an outage? The “check” button the app tells you tap isn’t even a button, it’s just text on the page. There’s apparently self help options users can do such as rebooting their network from the app but that option is also not visible anywhere. Ziply has known about this issue since I’ve spoken DIRECTLY with their social care team and have clearly done nothing to fix these issues.

App doesn’t load most of the content
Most of the content just constantly shows that it’s trying to refresh and doesn’t load.
Don’t do it.
In all honesty this is the worse internet company I have ever had.

I agree with this person and same for last three months!
keep saying refresh and deleting and reinstalling doesn’t work… And numerous problems on the website for over three years! Seems like you guys ought to quit outsourcing or hire more experienced tech help! I won’t even go into the website problems it’s all just too much… I too am awaiting some other company with a low price to which I can jump over to and get away from this mess!

Stinks
One star only because that’s as low as possible and still leave a review. This app flat out just doesn’t work. Use the website. Of course, parts of the website don’t work either. But at least it will tell us the total that will be sucked out of our checking account. Hey, revenue is important to Ziply!

App (and service) Stinks
I’ve had constant disconnects since the day I purchased service, already had a tech come out to replace the ONT and still having disconnects (had literally 4 within a half hour span just before writing this). The app doesn’t make it any easier given how it’s impossible to start a chat in it as tapping the bubble leads to a blank page. Want to check if there’s an outage? Terrible, useless, and buggy
The other 1 star reviews are accurate. Installed the app, logged in, and immediately it seemed like the app is broken. It took far too long with no information for it to finally load, only to tell me I need to link my account. So I tried that, and it says it’s already linked. What is the point? What am I linking an account to? Why is that necessary? Why doesn’t it work? Ziply, get it together. Uninstalled the app 5 minutes after installing it

I can’t express how terrible this app runs sometimes I try to pay my bill and I get so frustrated trying to use the app. I just close the window and then I forget to pay my bill because this app is so terrible for $110. I would think that the Internet would run smoother and better but it doesn’t.
Easy to use!
Easy to use - simple and streamlined app.
Disappointing
It never wants to load. So far it hasn’t wanted to load so I could check my bill. It also doesn’t send me notifications despite having them on both in the app and on my phone. Very frustrating.
Beware
Promised it’s not promotional pricing and they lied. Prices jumped $15 month just after the 1 year mark. Not to mention the shot install work they do which is against code. Can’t wait to move as well be ditching Ziply.
what happened
the app was working fine, but now when I log in I get a message saying the site is down. It has been this way for weeks.
App needs some help
The app has a support page that tells users how to check for an outage- but no info or link on where or how to do that. This is a pretty basic defect.
Frustrating experience, NOT user friendly …
Don’t waste your time with this app if you expect to print PDF billing statements from your account. It’s impossible unless you avoid the app and go directly to ZiplyFiber.com website. Worthless.
