A Dentist talk at me like I wasn’t important or like I deserved to be under. Zocdoc banned my account for getting abused. Don’t leave a bad review or they will cancel your account.Dentist Kilyan Patel was not the DDS who saw me. Bait and switch. He is not a 5. I gave home a 1 just FYI
Hard to use, constant verification
I was exited about this app but it’s really hard to use, it has constant I am not a robot verification and everytime I get past that, a something went wrong notification pops up. I’m frustrated!

This app is a scam
What is the point of this app if it never works. I take time to go through the filters to make sure I book an appointment with an in network provider who meets my needs. However, the search results show me self-pay and out of network providers that I would never ever ever book with. I go through all that to find the provider, book with them, and then the office calls and says the provider is not available on this day while ZocDoc shows that they have an all day availability on this day. Fine. I go through the all the hoops again and book another provider. The office calls and says they can’t see my insurance. Why? ZocDoc surely has it on file.

The new beta AI search is TERRIBLE
Why tf would the UX team replace their search flow with conversational AI??? The whole point of the search is that the filters are already enabled, allowing for an instant and easy viewing of options. This stupid conversational bot makes me repeat the same answers 5 times just to get to the page that originally took me 2 seconds. Incredibly frustrating and unnecessary. Makes me want to just Google search providers. You don’t need a chatbot for everything just because it’s trendy!!!

Great for finding doctors, terrible user boundary control
Using Zocdoc turned into a notification nightmare. They bombard you across every channel—SMS, email, and app notifications—before, during, and long after an appointment. The constant post-visit nagging and review requests are utterly obnoxious. I’ll just be calling doctor offices directly from now on.

Inaccurate information
I’ve booked 2 different doctors and the time slots were rescheduled but still showing as available. This app need to get updated information from the providers

Only list 2 of the doctors in my area. I live in a fairly large city so that’s pretty poor.
Doctor never came to the video appointment and I stayed in the “waiting room” for 1 hour and 19 mins

Made an appointment on ZocDoc for a Dr that was not in the office for the past week. No, they did not need to suddenly take the day off.

I’m a new patient and was treated ABSOLUTELY wonderful! She addressed all my concerns, was very thorough. I did not feel rushed at all. I am very happy with all of the staff!!
helpful but limited
I’ve found two providers on ZocDoc so far and I was able to get in rather quickly. The first one was local (only 10-15 mins away) and she was incredible. The second one was 45 mins away and terrible despite having a 4.8 star rating. For the second provider, I couldn’t find anything closer to me, which was a bit annoying. I understand providers need to opt in, but ZocDoc keeps suggesting doctors that are unreasonably far away. The positive reviews can sometimes be misleading. Also, ZocDoc suggests providers with different specialities than the one I searched for which makes it hard to find a provider who actually does what I’m looking for.

This app has helped me find some of the most best doctors around and the very first doctor I saw today was an excellent doctor. She was very, very nice and she had a very good bedside manner as what I could tell in the video she took time with me. and asked me a bunch of questions and wanted to learn a lot about me and that meant the most to me that she was willing to learn what she needed to learn about me to know how she needed to treat me and this app gave me that opportunity to find that Doctor and this app shows where I can find other types of doctors too so I can find other good doctors too and I really really appreciate this app. This app is amazing.!!!!!!!

Her staff was welcoming and very efficient. The wait time was minimal.
Dr de cholnoky was very thorough in reviewing my medical history, listened to my concerns and made a number of suggestions that i believe will benefit me going forward.
