AI chat bot addition is BAD!

Still effective, I was able to book an appointment, but the AI chat bot element made it take WAY longer, made it WAY more confusing, and put barriers between me and my healthcare that I used to avoid by using Zocdoc. Very disappointing.

Very convenient!!

I have heard of Zocdoc every once in a while while I’m listening to podcasts and or watching YouTube videos. I finally decided to use it once I got my benefits from my new job and it has made looking for new health providers soooo much easier. I highly recommend.

misleading

i booked an appointment with a doctor near my area. however when it asks you to put in your insurance, it tells you what doctors take your insurance.

However when I got to my appointment they said they didnt accept my insurance. Its no biggie but it is a misleading and a waste of time
