New app keeps crashing searching accounts and adding contacts

Crashed and is extremely slow

This app used to my go to for the CRM. I don’t what they did on some recent updates, but it’s terrible. It crashes all day long and is slow to load. It’s become unusable now.

Crashes every time I open.

I want to use this on the go but it just crashes when I’m about to log a call or just look at analytics. The purpose of it was not to have notes but since I’m on an iPhone I use the notes section instead of the crm and copy it across.

Terrible since resent update

Since new updates, the app has consistently crashed and has run extremely slow. It’s made this app almost impossible to use on a daily basis.

Invalid phone number getting real enoying

Can’t enter a phone number. Keep getting invalid phone number. Doesn’t matter how I enter it.

Useless

Nothing works properly. So call Zia the ai is non existent. Spend days trying to make it work only to realise it’s dysfunctional. Don’t waste your time.

Difficult to use. Doesn’t use my location to find current accounts.

Update

Not a fan of the new update. It makes it difficult to find account and related account. I hope this gets updated soon.

You just made every single thing that our company uses on your app more difficult to access. This update is terrible. Creating a task and leaving a note need to be the easiest things to access on someone’s contact/meeting page. Now they are all in a different place and inside other menus. I don’t need everything’s font to be bigger, I need what I use to be accessible without clicking through 3 menus first.

May 2026 update — App is completely broken, cannot view meetings. Clicking on a meeting causes a frozen loading screen that you cannot click the back button in. Force closing app is only way to get out of it.

Why’d you have to mess up something that worked perfectly fine before? This new UI is still terrible.

Horrible sync

The zoho app seems to have been an afterthought. No reports or analytics whatsoever, maps are awful, layout horrific. Zero customization options that are beneficial. If you need a CRM with an app look elsewhere

No support

Total you are on your own experience. I think AI bots run this thing. Tried canceling. Next to impossible.

Service went down hill quick

I use the serum for work and it worked pretty easily, but then they updated the user interface and now it’s completely confusing. They rolled it out with no support or training.

Crash issues

After the recent update, the app keeps closing suddenly many times. It was working fine before, but now it crashes frequently and becomes difficult to use. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to a stable update.

Zoho is the Temu version of Salesforce

I want to love Zoho and they do a lot of things that are directionally correct, but they don’t actually listen to customers and routinely drop the ball on core functionality.

It’s as if they have great development, but poor management and execution…

Good crm but a few easy fixes would make it GOATED. the one feature I need is to be able to quickly call leads from my phone. I often need to dial numbers manually and it’s nice there’s a dial pad but it only shows up in the app after like five minutes. I constantly have to close and reopen the app or just wait several minutes for the dial pad to populate and become available. This is the built-in-telephony plan for Zoho CRM. WE NEED THE DIALER TO STOP DISAPPEARING FROM THE MOBILE APP!
