Looking to do some work on your phone, don't bother

This app is pretty much useless. If you can get it to open (hah, good luck!) the. The functionality is so limited, there's a good chance you can't do what you want to.

This app takes a simple task and makes it impossible.

Unfortunately the corporation I work for is opting to switch from a working system to this cheap not working system. I used to be able to use my company’s crm to create customer profiles and log activity easily and it was super nice with a map that came up with the customers displayed on a map and you can click on it and it would take you to the profile and see and record information easily. But now we use Zoho and there is options to make customer leads but none of the buttons work. The display is ridiculously confusing. There is a map but it pops up as a mini window that you can’t change size which is so irritating to use on a phone or tablet. Seems like this was developed to be used as a webpage and they made an app and released it without ever doing any testing because something will not work on the webpage and link you to the app but then when it opens says there is a error in the link and to link you back to the web page and it’s error there too. Just an absolute cluster of bugs, glitches, errors, and functions that do not work together. My coworkers are refusing to even try to figure it out. I am still trying because I actually want to keep a record of my customers but I now have to supplement this app with also writing everything with pen and paper. I don’t know how this app has this good of reviews. Probably has a lot of paid for reviews. It’s really not worth it. Your employees will probably not use it at all. Speaking as someone who actually has been forced to use zoho crm.

Constantly Crashes

I don’t know what changed, but the app constantly crashes all day long. It has become almost impossible to use.

Don’t fall for free

The CRM is a powerful platform with a wide range of features. It offers excellent flexibility for customizing workflows, building automations, and tailoring the system to your business needs until you’re paying for it.

If someone has to switch to free it has strict limitations on the number of leads you can manage. key features such as dashboards and visual reports become unavailable unless you upgrade. Be sure to understand these limitations before committing to the platform.

Crashed and is extremely slow

This app used to my go to for the CRM. I don’t what they did on some recent updates, but it’s terrible. It crashes all day long and is slow to load. It’s become unusable now.

Crashes every time I open.

I want to use this on the go but it just crashes when I’m about to log a call or just look at analytics. The purpose of it was not to have notes but since I’m on an iPhone I use the notes section instead of the crm and copy it across.

Update is terrible. Edit — AGAIN

You just made every single thing that our company uses on your app more difficult to access. This update is terrible. Creating a task and leaving a note need to be the easiest things to access on someone’s contact/meeting page. Now they are all in a different place and inside other menus. I don’t need everything’s font to be bigger, I need what I use to be accessible without clicking through 3 menus first.

May 2026 update — App is completely broken, cannot view meetings. Clicking on a meeting causes a frozen loading screen that you cannot click the back button in. Force closing app is only way to get out of it.

Why’d you have to mess up something that worked perfectly fine before? This new UI is still terrible.

Horrible sync

The zoho app seems to have been an afterthought. No reports or analytics whatsoever, maps are awful, layout horrific. Zero customization options that are beneficial. If you need a CRM with an app look elsewhere
