Fix new media player

Looks nice but media player stops working when device locks or try to use another app.
This is a deal breaker for me.

New look is great but badge is sticky

The new look is much nicer and a very welcome update. However there is a bug with the badge, which doesn’t clear on the item being viewed. You need to find another list which shows them all again.

But big improvement.

どうやっても通知バッジが消えないので目障りなのでアンインストールします。サーバーは速くて快適に動作するのですが、こういう目につく欠点があるシステムを放置するサービスは信用できません。個人使用の場合、無料登録で5GB付与されます（個人の無料プランは120日間非アクティブでアカウント解約される可能性あり）。チームプランは1TBの容量を3人で使える最小のプランが年額10,800円から。

App can’t open large video file ? And not option for backup only upload option available why?

I have an individual acc and need more space

Hi, I was thrilled to have workdrive as an alternate to iCloud but space is a constraint. My images and videos are usually large and need more space. Is there a way to increase the size of my Zoho drive?

Unable to attache file from zoho workdrive using file app

I am on ios 26.1 when I try to attache file using native file app from zoho workdrive I find myselft helpless as the file always unable to attache but on the other hand files from other cloud storage could easily be attached.

Change the logo of these apps

They all looks like same .how to figure out the app is different from another one. Just give them different and colourful. I want to open different app but I got opened same app again and again. It’s so exhausted.

Suggestion for New Personal Cloud Storage Plans on Zoho WorkDrive

To the Zoho Team,

I'm writing to propose the introduction of new personal-use cloud storage plans for Zoho WorkDrive. As a user who appreciates the current 5GB individual cloud storage experience, I'm seeking a more robust solution for my personal data needs, specifically in the range of 200GB to 500GB.

Currently, WorkDrive's plans primarily cater to teams, with the lowest tier for expanded storage requiring a minimum of three users. For individuals like myself who do not operate a business or require multi-user collaboration, this presents a significant hurdle. Competitors in the cloud storage market, such as DigiBoxx, offer individual plans that are more aligned with personal storage requirements.

Introducing individual-centric plans between 200GB and 500GB would greatly benefit users who need more than the basic 5GB but do not necessitate a multi-user business account. This would allow Zoho WorkDrive to tap into a broader market of individual users seeking reliable and secure cloud storage for their day-to-day personal files, photos, and documents.

I believe that offering these flexible personal storage options would enhance WorkDrive's appeal and broaden its user base beyond its established business clientele.

App doesn’t work for shared files

Wanting to use this for collaboration with colleagues. When I share a file with them they can't get signed in using the app even if they create an account. The app also hijacks zoho file links so you can't access on the browser until app is deleted.

Not quite enough yet

Needs more admin features, i need to be able to invite people and modify groups on the go, manage as much as possible from my phone.

Hi, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. At the moment, "Manage Groups" is not part of our roadmap, but we may consider adding it in the future. Regarding "Invite New Members," this action can only be performed via the WorkDrive Admin Console and cannot be provided in the mobile apps. Implementing Admin actions would require a separate app for Admin Console actions, which is not currently planned. We’ll keep you informed of any updates in future. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.
