I have recently placed an order in zomato for pizza. After 45min, in zomato it showed up as order delivered on other side we didn’t receive a single item. I tried to contact the customer support through chat, they said they tried to call the restaurant and called us and started speaking in some other language which is so unprofessional. And in chat they said we have raised complaint and forcefully closed the chat. Now I am unable to contact the support team via chat. Their chat system is worst. And the person from the chat team as well. And finally I lost my money and didn’t receive any food. And from zomato side, no response at all. You shouldn’t trust these zomato. They don’t take any responsibility.
