Zomato Gold Subscription
I saw that I could get free delivery from a restaurant if I ordered with Zomato Gold. So, I got the Zomato Gold subscription and tried to order again, but the delivery fee was still there, so I didn’t end up ordering. I wanted to cancel Zomato Gold because I didn’t get what I wanted, and there isn’t even a button or a clear process on how to do that. When I wanted to talk to customer support, I could only talk to bots that didn’t resolve my issue. When I finally got to talk to an associate, I told them my issue and they simply redirected me to a useless page and ended the chat. I couldn’t find a way to talk to any other person. So now I am stuck to pay for Zomato Gold, what a joke.
