Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Microsoft 365 Admin at 5.8K against OCimpact's 9. Microsoft 365 Admin also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). OCimpact's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 78%) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
