About

Onplana Tasks

Features

Onplana Tasks puts your work and your AI agents on the same screen. See what your agents have been doing while you were away, and step in when one needs you. Your own tasks sit right beside them, grouped by when they are due, so a glance answers what matters now. - Your assigned work, grouped overdue, today, this week, later. - Add a task in seconds. Type it naturally and it lands in the right project. - Complete, reopen, snooze or reprioritise from the list, with a swipe. - Open a task for its subtasks, comments and attachments, or hand it to someone else. - Raise an issue with a screenshot when something is broken. - Capture an idea before it goes, private to you until you share it. - Your inbox of mentions, comments and assignments, each opening the thing it is about. - Works without a signal. Your list is there, and completions and snoozes sync when you are back. - Due-date reminders that arrive with the app closed. Onplana Tasks is a companion to your Onplana workspace, so you need an Onplana account to sign in. Privacy: no third-party trackers, no ads, no cross-app tracking, and no usage data collected. Nothing leaves your phone before you sign in.
