  • Horrible experience - wouldn’t buy again

    My experience with these blinds have been very similar to others. At first they all worked great and would open/close through the app and voice command (through Alexa) perfectly. Fast forward to today I’m having all kind of issues (can’t log into the app, blinds not being recognized by the app, etc). And on top of all that the customer service is subpar. Really unacceptable for what they charge for the blinds. I would NOT recommend.

  • Can’t even log in now

    It has been working just fine for 2 years. Then this past month it asks me to log in every time I open the app. After a month of doing that, now I can’t even log in. The Product team, has not released an update to this app in a month, so something in their servers got messed up. It’s such a simple app, but they stop maintaining it.

  • The app worked fine until recently

    I can no longer log in to this app, so my blinds are stuck on their schedule now. A developer needs to fix this asap. I get an error every time I try to log in, either with my phone or iPad.
  • Can’t even login now

    The app started acting up recently. It used to keep my login on auto and everything worked fine. Then recently, I had to login every time. Then I had to login in and it would automatically close the app then I would have to login again for it to work. Now it doesn’t even let me login. Says that there is an error processing my login. Getting frustrated w this app. No updates either.

  • Getting worse as time goes on

    I’ve had the blind opening motor for a few months now. Has worked smoothly until last week when the all barely works, logs me out for no reason, doesn’t operate the blinds 50% of the time, and now I can’t even log in
  • App Problems

    Had this app for over 6 years. No issues until Sunday (January 22, 2023) when it appears MySmartBlind app failed (crashed). The app remains inoperable so blinds cannot be operated by the phone app. The remote continues to work so I know it’s an app issue. Looks like no one from Tilt or MySmartBlind is advising as to the status of the app issues. If Tilt or SmartBlinds could give a quick update as to the issue, your customers would appreciate hearing from you.

  • Developer/Company not fixing app crashing, blind motors experiencing stripped gears!

    I have been a user of this app and the blind motors pretty much since they were released. The last couple of years I started experiencing the motors going out due to a stripped gear contained inside. Same gear goes bad every time, up until this they worked great. Now when accessing the app it immediately crashes. You can’t contact them thru the developers support link. So between spending what is now a small fortune replacing motors I can’t even use the app to remove the bad blind motor or setup the replacement. Let this review serve as warning to stay away from using their products or app. This experience with the app crashing has convinced me to switch to a different company. Probably give IBlinds a try.

  • App keeps crashing

    This month 01/23 the app started crashing constantly, they probably gave up on updating it, same as their product.
  • App not workingG

    We had smart blinds for several years now but for past few days when I logged in to the app it’s kicking me out. Tried with different phone but app is not working at all. Tried calling customer service but no one answering. Please help
  • What happened?

    The app has worked great for years. Now it kicks me out at least four times before I can get in for a minute then it kicks me out again. Please fix it.
