  • Great Idea but…

    These blinds are a great idea, but right now I’m having nothing but issues. I can’t control them with the wand and now the app isn’t working. When I get logged in, the app crashes and then I have to login again only for it to crash again. My hub that allows me to control them remotely just randomly was removed from the app last week and now I can’t even get in the app to control the blinds at all. Not only that, now all of my blinds are gone from the app too. Horrible app. There hasn’t been an app update in a year. It’s time for some serious updates. This is beyond frustrating.

    The blinds are not staying connected to the the app and the app will not let you stay logged in.
  • App is Busted

    Something reset in the app. It was working fine and now all of a sudden it keeps kicking me out every time I use it. It is requiring me to enter my email and password every time I open it. What happened?
  • Requires login every time

    Requires login now every time I launch the app. Logged out and now when logging back in does not show any of my blinds. Please fix this.
  • App keeps crashing

    Has not been working for some time now since iOS update. Need to update app. Looking at other reviews, this has been happening for several months and the app (which is only way to control settings) won’t work. This is absurd considering what we paid for these blinds.
  • Issues with iOS 16.0.2

    I’m constantly asked to login - when I do, all my blinds (26) are gone and the app then crashes after a few seconds. Delete and reinstall did not resolve this issue. Happening on every iOS device. Any update on iOS 16.0.2 support?

    Same issue as above now with iOS 16.2. Schedules aren’t running and I can’t close blinds throughout the house.

  • Suddenly, app crashes every time

    And, I have to log in every time.

    Trying redownloading, to no avail.
  • To this point, the app is HORRIBLE!!!

    I purchased blinds that use this app and to this point, I have not been able to set them up. I ALWAYS have to log into the app twice because it ALWAYS kicks me out the first time. The app cannot find my blinds to set them up so to this point, I have no use for the app or the product from TILT. Sorry I can’t give the app zero stars.

  • A Firmware Update is Needed

    I’ve had my blinds for a few years now and, at first, everything was great. They were reliable, sun tracking worked, I had no complaints. Over time, they’ve become less reliable. I still have no issue with Sun Tracking. My problem is, I have some blinds that ALWAYS have issues.

    I’ve recalibrated and reset the blinds MULTIPLE times and they remain problematic. Sometimes they decide to work, other times they don’t. I have to control at least 2 of my blinds from the app everyday - it seems they disconnect, but why? Nothing has moved around, and clearly my windows don’t relocate - so why the disconnect?

    Even the solar chargers don’t always charge the blinds, and my house gets full sun all day long. I have no tree coverage whatsoever, so my blinds should always stay charged. Most of them do, but a couple don’t. It’s baffling.

    A firmware update is needed. A newer app interface would be nice too. With the clear neglect from Tilt, not sure I’d recommend this product. Great idea and great product, but ongoing maintenance execution leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve spent way too much money on these, plus the solar chargers to have constant performance issues.

    I’m looking to replace my blinds with shades anyway pretty soon. I can guarantee I will not consider a Tilt product.

  • Have to login to App every single time to control the blind.

    It didn’t ask loging in before but now whenever I open the app again have to enter ID & password.
    App is already slow connecting to the blind and this login issue makes the experience terrible.
    They have to update the app.
