  • App not working !

    Very temperamental app - worked for 2 days then won’t connect at all now , tried on different phones and IPad in house but won’t connect. Pretty fed up with the whole system now !
  • Timer suddenly stopped working

    The app was great initially but i found out 2 days ago that the timer suddenly stopped working. I set it to be off at a certain time but it went on until the next morning!
    Didn’t know what’s wrong, only got this installed last month so didn’t expect anything to go wrong this soon.. :(

  • Good but could be better

    The app generally works fine and has a decent interface. The programming options aren’t super intuitive though. My biggest complaint is that the app won’t work if I am connected to a WiFi network other than the one on which the thermostat is connected to. This means I have to turn off WiFi and connect on 4G which is just a hassle. Could that be fixed please?

    Hi Munteruk , You don't have to switch to 4G when your mobile is under other WiFi network. The app will search the airtouch in current network and jump to internet access interface after 5 seconds. Call us on 08 8360 5026 if you have any other issue.

  • Stopped Working

    The app used to work ... well could turn the air in or off and change the temp. Need a better manual for the timer as mine just canned to SPILL rather than turning off. May be a blonde thing but I can’t get it to work. App has not connected to the unit for a couple of weeks now. Have tried turning off at the unit and restarting phone (ie the virtual kick). Also doesn’t connect via the Internet any more :( is this an app issue?

  • App works great

    App does everything you want it to. Nothing like sitting on the couch and change all settings.

    Ever since the latest update Im unable to access the timer or choose some of the rooms on my iPhone X

    Can we get an update soon

    Just updated the app and the “program tab is there” but I am unable to set the unit on. The button for it is covered by the program tab to go back.

  • User guide

    The elephant in the room is the program tab.
    As a guide it would be helpful to have several examples of how to use the program tab for the different zones.

    What’s really lacking is to have multiple on off times for that AC Timer.
    Also what is UNIT?

    The current version fixed the missing AC Timer but now when you go into any of the Programs you can’t return. Only solution is to close the app and open a new one.
    Where is the quality control?

    The airtouch2 user manual can be download at https://www.airtouch.net.au/support/downloads/. You can have explanations of how the program function works on the manual. 'UNIT' is your Aircon's name which is set by your installer. It can be renamed under the installation setting on the touch screen. Sorry for the bug on Program page.   • Disappointing...unless I'm missing something

    Can only turn the system on/off, adjust airflow, and turn programs on/off (but not change the program on/off times).

    No function for changing temperature, or for changing mode between heat, cool, dry, etc.? Wouldn't this be one of the most basic expectations? Let me know if I've missed something.

    Hi , we have fix the program on/off issue on IOS 10 and you can update the app to use the function as normal. Also the AirTouch2 can support the full AC control like changing mode, temperature and fan speed. You can contact us and we can have a look what's the issue of your installation.
