Subscription… again
At the price of the bottle I am discouraged to see a subscription to add drink type… really ? Was thinking about more device but will look somewhere else. This is just dumb.
Good customer service
I had an issue with my bottle and I wrote an email to the customer service who answered me within a day. They were able to help and solved my issue. I am very pleased with the bottle and would recommend their product.
AVOID
You pay over $80 for the water bottle, and then they charge to track anything other than water. What a complete joke. Avoid this app and avoid their water bottle.

I love my Smart bottle… what I hate, is we paid a good amount of money for the bottle and we have to paid to have all other options…

Needs customisable interval options
Bit disappointed in the product. Bought it assuming I could set it to remind me to drink every 15 mins, 30 mins, whatever time interval I chose. I have had surgery that limits how much water I can swallow each time so need much more frequent glow reminders. There is a whole niche market for that. Maybe update the app to allow the customer to set specific reminder intervals? Would give 5 stars if it did that because it measures/calculates the water intake well.
