Lots of issues with the new ‘updated’ version
Wish they would go back to the older version - it was way better and worked better. Lots of issues with this new version that are super frustrating as a gym customer:
1. The ‘check in’ and ‘cancel’ buttons are super small and right on top of one another so it seems you could be trying to click one (ie cancel) and the other one is what gets triggered (ie check in) which then means that it counts you as a no-show when you don’t show up for the class you cancelled
- either this ia what is happening 👆🏻or when you click cancel it counts you as a no-show
Not sure which one but nonetheless it is frustrating when you only have a max number of classes and get charged for no-shows
2. There should be a complete history of your app activity - not just classes attended. I would like to see what I canceled or checked in for to help prevent the above from happening
3. The app crashes all the time and seems to have to re-initialize every time I open it

Problems with payment
App doesn't work. I change credit card and the app doesn’t take it. Bank says that card is working correctly…gym staff don’t know the reason…nobody seems to know how to solve the problem 👎🏻
What happened to the attendance counter?
The last update changed the look and removed the very useful monthly attendance counter!

its always stuck in a loading loop when I try to change/update my payment method bad app
Can’t view attendance
With the recent update and moving of the attendance from the main screen, when I navigate to attendance history there is no ability to scroll to view history. It says last 60 days, but I can only see 8 days. Liked/worked better on the main screen.

Inaccurate
Never missed a class, always properly checked in but never logs in my attendance history
Issues selecting country in payment.
Can’t select country or province or complete payment
Can’t move screen up to complete transaction

All this app allows is to see when your regular class is scheduled.
