Updates aren’t always great
So I’ve been using this app for a couple years and I do like it. Recently they did an update which I didn’t like where when you go into schedule an appointment before you could schedule something personal or your appointment will they took out the option to schedule an a personal appointment. I hate this. I hate that I have to go into a different calendar and not schedule it just for it to show up on my work. It doesn’t make sense to me why they took it out it wasn’t a problem. Easy to use with great features.
GET THIS APP IF YOU WANT EASY BOOKING AND TEXT REMINDERS TO YOUR CLIENTS.
I tried out Appointfix after I had downloaded several different appointment reminder apps which were very disappointing, most are designed around hair dressers and beauty shops and not very user friendly for customising.
Appointfix has an unlimited amount of fully customisable services and unlimited text reminders per month with the the free version.
You do have to manually send the text reminder in free version but the app prompts you to send the text.
So far I have no issues to mention and I like the app a lot.
I plan to try the paid version in the new year once business picks up more as this allows automatic text reminders as well as sending reminders a week before then the day or 2 before, also follow up messages.
There is also a function I believe to allow for marketing to you clients.
There has been a few nice welcoming emails and also asking if there is any help needed while setting it up, a nice personal feel.

I’m a gardener and been using the free version of the app for almost 12 months now. It does everything I need it to and is super easy to learn and navigate. The ability to set up pre written messages and text my customers booking confirmations, reminders, payments terms and more has changed the way my customers use my services. I send a booking confirmation, reminder three days prior to booking as well as clearly defined payment terms and cancellation policy. Worth Every Cent!
As I am just starting out with my own small business for Personal Training, I was lost on organization and keeping track of my client’s schedule times. I stumbled upon this app and tried the free version for a few weeks. It worked so well and helped me get organized, so I decided to purchase the upgraded plan to have access to everything I could potentially need in the future! Game changer
I absolutely love this app, I’ve tried a few others but always come back to this one and will just stick with it now, it’s helped my small home based business tremendously! My no shows are now down to 0 due to using this app. The features just keep on getting better!

Once great, now broken
Great scheduling app, and if it didn’t still tell you it will send reminder texts, it would be 5 stars easily. Used it for over a year, worked perfectly, and now it’s actually INCREASING my no-shows because it says it’s sending reminder texts but isn’t. It would be a fine, if not particularly groundbreaking schedule book otherwise, but the fact that the whole selling point of it is broken AND DOESN’T LET YOU KNOW IT’S BROKEN makes it a total wash. I don’t know what changed, had a premium plan for close to a year but they’re not getting another cent out of me after screwing me over like this.Show lessAldamirirl
Please Update!
Hi I love the app so far but there are a couple things I would like to see in the next update,
. Slide scheduling - being able to slide your appointments around to different time/date slots using your finger.
. Coloured personal appointments - I’ve noticed that you can’t change the colour of the personal appointments, this would be a lot better if you could.
. Reports - For some reason when I check my reports it adds everything together because they have been changed, I have the changes to reflect the correct reports so the app shouldn’t automatically change it or add them all together.
I would love to have some input in making this app amazing as it is almost there 😃

This app has almost given me everything I want !! It’s perfect great that it syncs across devices and can edit times of appointments and put in my own personal events , text reminders are great and also the reoccurring appointments for regular clients.
Only thing I wish this had was the ability to edit a one off day working hours , so say next Friday I was starting later , be able to just edit that one day to put my hours in for that particular day but it not change my usual hours every week.

We love Appointfix because of how easy to use it is. It has definitely changed the reminder game & being organized. And of course owning your very own business is nit easy so you have to be on top of your day to day clients and appointfix is ready to help, also what I love about them is when there is any kind of issue they will gladly try to get back to you via email or try to improve on the app. We are so happy with appointfix & also the clients & customers are also happy.
