Update-thought I LOST it ALL but found my link
I set up my account with Premium trial membership. I sent the link out to my clients - something glitched? Or I deleted the app and then added it to my home page- next time I went in to check the schedule it’s all gone! I now have to go back and contact each of my clients!😖😩 I see this has huge potential but super disappointed. Won’t be using! Since this occurred I do not want to continue paying monthly for the next 2 months. Please refund.

My clients love the online booking option!
Before I changed from commission to booth rent, my clients couldn’t book appointments with me online. They could only call or text to make appointments with me. Once I downloaded this app, they caught on quickly and now my scheduling basically runs itself. Not only have my clients fallen in love with the ability to make their own appointments, I’ve gained more freedom while simultaneously have became busier than I’ve ever been! I’ve even gained new clients simply because they were able to make their own appointment. 😂😂Show lessThenickB

This helps me organize my time. I do have a problem sharing it with my husband and my apple calendar. Sometimes it doesn’t work. I want my schedule shared because we do so much and need to know so I can schedule events and clients without having a clash in times. I am enjoying the reminders and with it would appear on my notifications for the week.Show less9-5 Kathy
Looking to make my scheduling efficient
Wow, wow, wow! This app is going to make my life so much easier. I spent way to much of my free time scheduling appointments but now Appointfix has freed me from the back-and-forth grueling process of scheduling. I can put all my services in, set up clients directly from my phone contact list, AND link to my google calendar. One bit of feedback, as a groomer I would love to be able to have an extra line for my pets name rather than just the contact because I have multiple-pet families. I know I’m asking a lot but a birthday section would be amazing too!Show lesskathleen610
I am enjoying this app very much
It has been very helpful. I love how it helps you send reminders to the clients. I still have a lot to explore on it. However, so far so good. It would be nice if the location would transfer to the location are we in my calendar. Instead of everything appearing as a huge title. It would also be nice to have the invite option like in calendars, so they get it also en their calendar. Just an idea, that I would love to see.Show lessMontillot

Appointfix has been everything I’ve needed to set up my client appointments and send reminder messages. Helpful staff get back to you with any questions promptly. I feel that my business is supported. Also easy to do book now options through Facebook and instagram. Very happyilovetapatapdash

I’ve tried so many different apps but this one is by far the best. I’m a full time uni student, makeup artist and have various other things on. This keeps me on top of everything. I can put in my clients and place in my own appointments etc. It is super easy to use and has so many great features!Shxnxksk
Best booking app for my small home business
I don’t usually leave reviews, in fact this is probably my first review I’ve left for any app I’ve used.. an easy to use booking app for me home barber business. Always get compliments from my clients on how easy it is to book an appointment and the reminder messages are easy to use to minimize no shows. Just one thing I’d love for the creators to add to the app is an info tab when creating a service so we can add additional information about the service we are offering to our clients when they want to book. When It Works, It’s Great
When it works, it’s fabulous. However, every single time there is an update (and there seem to be updates every other week), it temporarily does not. To give Appointfix credit (and why I continue to use the app), the issue gets resolved the day after, but this error continuously makes it look like I forgot to message my clients reminders for their appointments. I wouldn’t complain with the free/basic version, but paying a monthly fee to look unprofessional is unacceptable. Customer services DOES get back to me, but I have quickly learned to send a video of the problem. I love the features and it suits my needs, but the inconsistency is making me look for other apps.Show lessOttertheheckingoodpup
