Very upset this morning to see the app had just entirely erased all data. About the worst thing to deal with when running a business , this app is sketchy and there is no help with issues, recent update deleted absolutely everything. do not recommend .Dansalkna

I have been looking for an app like this and Appointfix is working well for me.
I have a mot station/service center and when im away i can still take bookings on the go so thats great… however the only issue is when I switch from my computer at work to my iphone 12 it wint sync the appointments i put into it on my phone with my google calendar or my pc at work( when i switch back to pc)…i cant figure out how to fix this so if the developers can shed light on this it would make this app perfect for me and will concider the paid version but for now im still trialing the free version to make sure there is no problems…. I absolutely love this app so much, I honestly don’t know what I would do without it. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement. I have my messages set up to text my clients as soon as they request a service for a “Deposit fee” with my PayPal etc. But would be nice if that option was available in the site itself. Especially when dealing with no shows even with reminders. Would be great to charge clients no show fees! Also would love to be able to add pictures of services provided! I know other sites offer these services but I’d love to stay with Appointfix.Show lessSaekoSnow
7.0.13 Update
I’m not too fond of the update. I LOVE this app and don’t want to switch...but...after installing the latest update, I can no longer view my schedule by looking at the monthly calendar and that’s how I need to view it. I used to be able to read the appointment names, but now it seems that the text has gotten bigger or something and the names aren’t visible unless I am looking at the individual day and that is not easy when it comes to scheduling new appointments. Please fix!!! I pay $20/month for this app. The ONLY app I’ve ever paid for bc I love it so much...but this new update is a huge headache!!Show lessMann's Quality Cleaning

I was basically looking for an online/mobile appointment book, and this was exactly it! I love how the app is still accessible (and helpful!) to users who aren’t subscribed. There’s an unlimited amount of services that you can have, no free-trial that forces you into a subscription by a suspended time, color coordination, if you connect an SMS number to the app, you can notify and follow-up on clients, and a lot more that I could spend time listing. Despite being great as it is, the subcription is still extremely appealing for those who want more. With the subscription you can message the clients without a separate SMS. by using the in-app messaging system, you can supervise your staff and be able to have a clientele list as well as an employee one. You could track your employee’s statistics too. I’ve seen that you can also allow clients to book appointments through the app, but I’m not too well-versed as I was uninterested in that feature. The only con I can think of is that without subscribing, you only have access on one device, but that’s something.I can’t really complain about. The improvements that would really garner benefit is the ability to mark set appointments as “cancelled”, “late” (maybe even with how long), and “rescheduled”. Those woukd be extremely helpful. I’m a barber and I love the app I find it very helpful with reducing no shows because of the automatic texts through ultimate version. One thing I don’t like is that we cannot directly charge cards through the app which means when we do have no shows we can’t charge a percentage like you can on other apps like thecutapp or booksy. I will probably be going back to one of these because of this but would love to see that added to the app and would def keep me with appointfix!Show less@millycutdat
Perfect for Dog Groomers!
I’m a self- employed dog groomer with ADHD, which makes keeping track of my appointments a nightmare! I needed something that I could always have with me, make new appointments quickly, and have simple and clear visual organization- and Appointfix delivers on all of these! I can easily make new appointments while I’m talking to my client (before I forget about it!) and I love that it saves my clients’ contact info so I don’t have to type it in every time! I also LOVE the visual layout of the calendar- I am not tech savvy at all, but it’s super simple to navigate, shows just enough information on each day to know what’s going on but not overload you, and even has “time off” and “personal event” options that I use all the time, so I don’t have to keep going back and forth to different apps to know my availability. I have only used the free version for a little less than a year now, and it has worked so great for me- I haven’t forgotten a single appointment yet! But I am considering getting Premium or Ultimate to check out some of their other features as my business is growing! There are so many other things that I love about this app, and I can’t recommend Appointfix enough for any small business/ self- employed person who needs to keep track of scheduling!Show lesshaleighwuzhere

I just got this app., but it would not work when I tried to put in my profession. Also this application does not let one make personal appointments. It would truly be an awesome app., If you made it universal for both. Right now, I can’t use it at all because I can’t plan my personal appointments. I would love to be able to use it if it was user friendly if it could schedule personal appointments not just for clients. I am so disappointed. Good but not great.
I’ve started using this app for my massage therapy business. For the most part it works perfect, The ability for clients to book their own appointments online is great and I can block out some time incase I run over the allotted time plus for cleaning and wiping down.
The only down side I’ve come across is the appointment reminder and follow up automated text, very few people use text messaging these days, more people use what’s app or other messaging platforms so the ability to choose a platform for sending the repeat messages would be a great little add on. It would save me a lot of time copy and pasting.
Otherwise it’s a good little tool. 👍🏼Show lesspSdMSM
