Better than most booking apps
I’ve tested many booking apps and this one is the best one that is compatible with the calendar on my iPhone. Happy with it all but I would like to be able to set the address as I have 2 locations where I work from and at the moment I can’t have clients booking appointments for themselves as the addresses aren’t set. If you could somehow let the admin set the address that would be amazing.
Also could you please improve the calendar layout. I like to look at the whole month like the iPhone calendar. The iPhone calendar is so much clearer to look at. I hate that I cannot set the calendar as a monthly view and I always have to change itShow lesslil emi Ems

I do some hairstyling outside of work and find the basic works great for me. I like the fact that I can see the appointments on my usual Calendar also (unlike the other reviewer) as it does stop mistakenly booking personal engagements over professional ones. I just use the basic as I only do a couple of days a week so suits me fine.
The only issue I have is that I cannot upgrade to the pro because to automatically send out appointment reminders doesn’t work well as if for example you had a colour booked in then the cut and Blo booked back later it would send out 2 booking when u wld only want ur client re receive the first booking as 2 diff reminders wld confuse them. The only way round this would be to block out the whole 3 hours for example but then you couldn’t book a client in between while ur colours developing. So maybe something to look at from the developers point of view.Show lessNikkimcgihon

And watched this little app grow! What an extremely responsive customer service. I swear we are friends now as I need assistance, help with minor bugs, and have made a few suggestions. As a therapist, I live and breathe by this app. In fact my clients text me if they don’t get a reminder (which usually means I forgot to schedule them). Reoccurring appointments customized… wow! Saved my life!!!
This up is amazing!! It literally saved my life, because people can book by themselves and I don’t have to send a reminder about the appointment ,notifications sends it automatically.
I would recommend to anyone who is dealing with appointments, I use it for hair salon, my clients also love this calendar, they don’t have to text me to book an appointment, they can do it easy on the Appointfix and reschedule if they need it!!

I’m a joiner in Glasgow and really struggled to maintain my diary . I’d verbally agree dates and forget the write them down . In the end up I was all over the place . After some searching, I found Appointfix . Very easy to set up . Share the link to the customer and the see how busy you really are . They choose their dates and no one else can take they dates . I always add a couple of days onto bigger projects to allow room for delays . I now have my Appointfix link sign written on my van , I’m that happy with the app .Show lessThe kerr

I like this app and am so close to purchasing the upgrade only because of the multiple messaging options. With the free version you can only send 1 message (instant confirm, reminder, after care) while the upgraded version allows all 3 to be sent. I just wish it would sync better with my Apple calendar. It does sync, but it’s not shared with family because it is placed under the Appointfix category instead of the shared family…if that even makes sense!! I also wish I could better color customize entries. The only color customization is the different appointment types. Other than that… do love the simplicity and ease of the app. I don’t allow my clients to book online so I cannot review that part. Oh…and I wish somehow I could customize the notes for the client. Like somehow add SOAP notes and every visit I could add notes for that visit.Show lessJessiehjklk

I think there’s a lot of great functionality to this for small business owners. I just wish the automated text messages were actually automated - you get a reminder to manually send the text message, but if you’re like me and leave your iPad at home, you can’t send the message. So it’s not quite “automated”... I think it would probably be worth it to buy the premium version so that you can have the app on multiple devices and therefore not ever miss sending out a text message, but I’m cheap.Show lesshsiwnxjaow

Love this app! Just one thing…
I love this app for my salon! The only bummer I have run into is I thought the app would automatically send reminder messages, but you have to manually do it every day and it sends from my personal number so I have to copy and paste it into my text now app. Otherwise, everything runs super smooth. You can even see when someone is actively booking an appointment!Show lessapp works flawlessley!
So close to working for me
Would love to rate this a five stars! However I realized this wouldn’t work for the type of business I perform. Pertaining to real estate, is there a way to schedule certain services at certain days and times of the week? Instead of having an open availability for anyone to choose from? If I’m showing a property on the west side, then someone books a showing on the east side I wouldn’t be able to make that even though technically I would be available to show more for the same property I’m currently at.Show lessamaaariet
