I ordered this online… downloaded the app and start the process as per instructed. Before I do so and see all this negative comment so I paid attention to the process before agree to the term. Not sure the app asked for FULL access to camera/ album so choose DISAGREE and deleted the app.

The App completely fails to connect with the iPad, and is therefore useless to me.
BLE Scanner finds it instantly, Connects, and gives many interesting details about the device ... so I may eventually find a way to use it for something.

Terrible product
The range is absolutely awful you can’t go more than 10 feet away from the tracker or else it will disconnect. And occasionally it will just disconnect for no reason.jimmy1cake

Don’t bother.
1) the range is very limited. I think it maybe registered 30 ft.
2) the devices powered off after 10 minutes or so and need to be synced back to the phone in order to work so absolutely pointless.SNOLA
Complete waste of money
It only tracks when connected within Bluetooth range, so it’s useless if something is actually lost because you’ve got to find it then turn the tracker on. If it is turned on then it beeps on the phone as soon as you walk away from it, then turns off so you can’t track anything! Piece of junk.Les Hiddens
