You can get the app Store but Apple wants to hide a search for it. Thanks Apple, you guys try and hide the best app

The devise just started beeping in the middle of the night and it wouldn't stop. It is helpful to find things around the house but it just start beeping when it doesn't have too. Bad product don't buy!Nefboth

Didn't even buy as tracker
I bought this for its Bluetooth camera functionality. Lo and behold, it doesn't work with the actually camera app, or Snapchat, or Instagram. It only works with the tracker's own camera (which doesn't have video, which is why I needed the button. Using headphones for the camera like I usually do doesn't let it record sound on video).
I am very displeased with this purchase, and with the lack of explanation in its description that it doesn't work on the regular photo app.Show lessStynaLane
What customer support!
There's no app website.
No one answers the phones and you can't leave a message.
The email address returns undeliverable.
The app doesn't stay connected when turn on and next to the mobile device, it disconnects.
Without connectivity you can "search" via the alarm so the device is worthless/useless.
Return IMMEDIATELY!

Ugh terrible
It disconnects often and can't reconnect. How are you going to find it if it's not connected? It says it goes on stand bye but it's not because it does not reconnect. I want my money back. I bought four. The "Tile" is better.Leon4073
Good concept but app isn't finished
The idea is really good and the app has a very nice and user friendly lay out, but the app does not save your iTag devices and you need to re-find and connect them again when the app is launchedM4ZZ.EXE
This is such garbage
I ordered the key tags n waited so long only to receive this piece of garbage, when I turn off the app n turn it in again it tells me there r no devices available I mean doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of this product, ITs supposed to find the stuff when we can't find it but how will that happen if the app cannot even locate the device or am I suppose to keep the app running in the back ground all the time , that sucks !!!!!!Show lessRida786
