Tag does not work - Do not get it
The tags simply do not work. They will ring randomly. Do not buy it. You will regret.
They disconnect so frequently and easily, render it a useless product.

Waste of money
No wonder it was on sale. The tag works for a few minutes then disconnects once you move to another room. Totally worthless. We threw away money by getting 15 of these on final sale. DO NOT BUY.QC Orlando
What a waste of money!!
It simply not working! Plus, battery seems to be dying on next day after I received it. The "developers" website is not available. I'm so disappointed, after waiting for 2 months until my order was finally delivered, I found out that it's completely useless. Shame on you, who is manufacturing and selling this!Show lessifett
This helped us find our dog
Our dog slipped her harness and was hit by a car and ran off barking. I had this on her collar and I made it a habit to turn it on before we walked out the door just in case. She ran nearly a mile away from home but, driving around we were able to find her using this she was hiding in a large culvert and the search feature helped us find her.Show lessSkweekyDawn
Love this APP
I do like this app as its convenience to track all your tagged belongings.
But I would suggest to add the following functions:
1. One-key to remove all previous lost history and location list.
2. Allow user to turn on and off the warning sound of the tag when tags are far from the mobile phone. But in the meantime users can also beep the tags via the app.
3. Silent mode. Users can decide the duration of silent mode. Max duration will be 12 hours. Once switched on, all tags will be silent for that duration.Show lessRen Yuchao

You must have lost money on this too
The fob is on, beeping when it's supposed to, even has a flashing blue light. Instructions say if you cannot connect to press reset on fob, but there's no reset button. Horrible. What a waste of money.MaggieRV

From what I gather, I am under the impression that the matching key fob is untraceable when not actively on. It shuts off over time. So if you want to find your keys or whatever after you've lost them, you would need to turn the key fob on to even begin to find it with this app. But if you weren't planning to lose your keys, you would never turn this on. Decent app
We use it to keep track of our dogs. If it didn't beep obnoxiously every time they went out of range or sat on it it would be a great app and device. Other wise it is a nice appGifts,

Got tracker from Ali express. App does not connect, and in fact doesn't seem to find any BT device.D00nch
