Unwanted beeps
I bought 2 of them but they don’t work properly.
They should only beep when i make a search IF i did switch off the alarm for when i am moving far from them.antoninosydney
Turns off
Got a itag for free and it turns off after five minutes. It could be the battery. I give 3 stars because when it doesn't turn off it works greatWeirdly dum

Work Great?
I purchased three of these. There are no batteries or direction provided with the purchase. I used their help on the app and there is no reference to what battery to use. Trail and error I tried cr3032 & 3025. Both activated the device but my iPhone couldn’t find them.
A waste of money and they want me to pay to ship them back to Indonesia for a refund.

Cheap and Nasty
I’m sorry to have to report that this is a useless waste of time. The signs are there. Even the App description is badly google translated. The fob beeps and turns itself off. When connected the radar doesn’t show you where it is. And it beeps constantly every time your phone moves 15 feet away. Back to the drawing board for this rubbish!Show lessSalixcc
Don’t waste your money
Bought this about 2 months ago. At first it worked great but started to only work intermittently. Stopped completely 3-4 weeks ago. Changed it out for a new one (came with 4). None of the other 3 work. Either batteries are old and depleted or none of them are operative for whatever reason. Not worth your hard earned money. So sorry.Show lessmidlandavenue

This is the biggest pile of rubbish I have ever paid money for
The fob turns its self of so how do you find it
The app won’t connect to it unless you right next to it so the only way to find your keys is to know exactly where you lost them
So don’t buy the fob and don’t use the app utter rubbish don’t want to give it any stars but you have toShow lessBig ddddd
Completely pointless
Phone records position it last connected to the tag, which is like dropping a pin on googlemaps? If you close app it looses connection with tag and radar, anti-theft etc don’t work. Bizarre.Juli&n0909
