Tag turns off after few minutes
Garbage. I had bought this in the hope of locating my cat’s safety breakaway collar/ID when it loses it, as it often does. But I can’t, because the ‘tag’ switches itself off after a few minutes. This renders the app useless, as it cannot connect to the tag. I had hoped that the tag would have a long standby duration. If the collar then went missing, I could turn on my phone Bluetooth, activate the app, and have a walkabout to try to locate the tag/collar. But I can’t do that; hence it’s useless.Show lessMarbleheadjonson
It would be nice if it worked
I received a few free units after I graduated. The unit itself keeps turning off because the button gets accidentally pressed, and even when it is on, it refuses to connect to the unit. All-in-all, it’s a load of crap :)jourdaind
Garbage
I bought four of these for myself and more for friends for Christmas presents. Now I know why they aren’t talking to me! The trackers are complete garbage. The batteries are already out on 2 of the 4. Of the 2 left only one works. The other just flashes a message that connection is lost. Spend s few $ extra and go with Tile.Show lessblakebarked
This gadget actually works
As a test, I had my niece hide my keys with that tracker attached. It took me a awhile, but mostly because she hid it in a box of clothes. I kept feeling around but couldn’t find them. Then I removed the clothes and found my keys and the device.RayAllenT

To stay connect I have to press the button on the device? Wondering what if I’m really looking for my keys???? :-/EW78
Nice product to have!
Was able to connect my device to it easily. Only trouble is the remote camera function but that’s most likely me not understanding the directions.

Not sure what others are doing wrong here. This is a simple app that works well. Paired it, attached it to my key ring and the app finds my keys every time I misplace them.MarkSimmonds
Avoid
This is a complete waste of energy and money. Device won’t connect and app isn’t helpful. Avoid like a plague people.From the other side, hello

I just installed it and set up in just 30 second everything works good as well so I don't understand you guys must read the description carefully
