Rubbish app and equipment
Purchased four of these from eBay and only one would connect to the app. The app keeps crashing and trying to add a device is as easy as pushing water up hill, there’s no help from the manufacturer either. After 3 hours I had to delete the app then turn the device off as all I got was alarm notifications from the one device that would connect! What a waste of money and time. The devices will be sent back as they are cheap non-working rubbish!!Show lessUKJL

Awesome little gadget
I purchased a few of these so I wouldn’t ever have to worry about misplacing my keys or other certain valuable items. Personally I think it works great. I read the other review and I assume that person either couldn’t figure out how to pair the tracker to their phone (even though it’s clearly explained in the instructions) or unfortunately received a faulty unit/unit with a dead battery. Mine works great and was paired in less then 30 seconds. I think it’s great that it keeps track of where it was last via google maps and also can be tracked via radar for when you are in range and are trying to figure out if you going in the correct direction and if you getting close/how close you are. Where the other review said they wished they could have given it zero stars, I wish I could give it 10 stars! Hopefully they were able to figure out how to pair/use the product because it is a very handy gadget. I also plan on using it on my 4 year old to wear as a necklace or attached to his belt when we go to Six Flags (sense he has a tendency of running off on his own at exciting places such as that) just Incase he ever does make it out of our sight. If so, we will have no issue finding him or have a panic attack thinking the little bugger took off. Thank you for creating such an awesome product that has so many uses that are incredibly important to me!Show lessTrouser0snake

Useless
I bought this at Office Depot and when I try to connect it to the app the magnifying glass “connect” button doesn’t even do anything nor does the radar pick it up. How did this even get into stores I don’t know. Such a waste of money. If I could leave zero stars I would.PrincessPeacock

On my android-AWESOME! iPad- not so much.. map won't load
This app is phenomenal on my Moto Z force with my tracker. Tracks every movement and shows real time travel. When I downloaded the app to my iPad Air2 I get nothing on the map. Worthless on my iPad. I'll give it a 5star rating on Google Play for my Android, here it's a 1 star appShay beans
Anti Lost/Theft Device

app won't download
I just received this product, and looked up the app to download, and it will not download on my phone. It is stuck in waiting mode and so far this is just a piece of plastic that I bought. no good!j0cr0z
