I no longer use a desktop or laptop as my computer source. Please update this app or create a new one for IPadOS. To use on an iPad Pro. A full book write with ability to access the files app for photos stored on an external drive is desireable. I am in the process of possibly writing 2 to 3 more books to sell through your store.Show lessrevsjh
Very limited In Flexibility for design
Blurb app is really limited in design capability to what you can do online. You can have multiple pics on a page. Move the text and removing pages is clunky.

Not that great
It’s very hard to add new photos to albums you’re working on. So hard that I haven’t found a way to do it unless I back out completely and go. Back into the book. Once you initially add photos there’s no way to go back to your own photo library. Also there are not editing tools for your photos

Hello, Thanks for rating our app. By now you should have received your order, and I hope that you're happy with your book. For future reference: you should be able to add an image by dragging and dropping it from from the thumbnails. If you don't see the image you want, click the + sign. This will take you back to your albums/collections, and you can choose an image from there. I hope this helps. Best, Blurb TeamNot helpful. Only 2 sizes available

Book creation
I have not used this format before, but am a veteran user of Blurb Booksmart. I could not figure out how to do text, I have no idea if there will be a cover and I felt I had no control. I only bought the book because I was curious about the look. I was very disappointed. Blurb used to be fabulous! Your nickname thing is an outrage! Feels like a hundred attempts!Show less9086772
Used to be a good app
I used the blurb app previously to create a photo book for my partner. The app used to be fantastic in that you could actually create text pages as well as photo pages. I was hoping to use it this year to create something but will now be looking elsewhere, since for some reason the developers have decided to limit the text you can add in to one single sentence per photo. Unimpressed
I used to use the desktop version but now use an IPad and tried to keep using Blurb. Installed this app and then when I saw they only have 2 sizes available so I immediately uninstalled and changed to Crewe app instead as they have more options. If blurb offered more options I would return as a customer but for now I am out.Show lessSadzaGravy
Why so little functionality?
I love Bookwright. Why is your app so limited by comparison? I’ve gone over almost 100% to iPad - so many apps are just as good as the desktop version. Bookwright is literally the only reason I keep on booting up my elderly laptop. Please, Blurb, bring out an app version of Bookwright for people that want to create seriously creative photo books.Show lesslovebookwright
Won’t work when I need it
There are gaps of sometimes 3 or 4 months between when I want to do one little book direct from my iPhone and the next. Now when I want to do it and take advantage of a discount, it just hangs and won’t synch with my preselected photos. My time optimising has been wasted as I can’t progress to create the book. Mostly worthless
As creatively sophisticated as their website is, this app falls way short of what it should be. In an age where people are going away from using desktops to create publications like zines in various sizes, the two limited choices with this app and the pricing for them is unacceptable. I am a photographer and I am able to do everything I need on an ipad pro from an editing standpoint, and I should be able to create and publish effectively on that platform as well. Blurb needs to catch up to the times and quick before someone else beats them to it.Show lessChuckcun
