Slow and buggy

Desktop will save you time and frustration. Good for keeping an eye on stats but not invoicing or updating customer info or project time log

Great app

I love this app because it’s been awesome when managing projects and communicating with clients.

Missing key features

No integrations with ProtonMail is a huge setback, also, only being able to create one “pipeline” seems primitive, the way I fulfill a logo/design is different than the way I fulfill a website vs the way I run an SEO campaign.. why aren’t we able to have multiple pipelines hmm..

Must Have for Business Owners!

HoneyBook is user friendly both in desktop and mobile form! I love that I can use the app on the go to always keep up with my clients. There are so many features from linking my HoneyBook calendar to my google calendar, to scheduling meetings and booking clients, to automations that really help me thrive in my business! I couldn’t be happier with this CRM and I’m so thankful. It’s what has helped me keep up with the demands of owning my own business and ensuring my client experience is seem less every time!

Ok but needs still in prototype

Honeybook has been super efficient for automation & streamlining a process but it still has a long way to go for service providers. While there are functionalities within the CRM that allows for certain automations to happen once something is triggered, it still isn’t enough for service-providers who have different workflows. For example, I would like an automation for clients who are scheduled for a consultation so that an email is sent within 2 hours of the end time of the consultation. I also would like for payment to be deposited a lot sooner than 48-72 hours. There should be no reason that an invoice paid on Wednesday is deposited by the following Monday/Tuesday.

Bye bye anxiety

Before Honey Book, I was scrambling and had so much anxiety and felt so unprofessional. My business went from chaos with payments and contracts and emails to PEACE and professionalism in one night!!! I now feel like I can take on more work because Honey Book. And not to mention if I ever need help, the HELP IS THERE! No waiting or not understanding the system. I seriously feel tech savvy since getting Honey Book.

Great Platform …with a few cons

I love what HB offers! It allows me to efficiently interact with my copywriting clients & they appreciate the all in one, easy to navigate propsal, contract signing & payment process. The client user experience has been great, but mine has been a bit rocky.

The cons of HB for me are:
1) it was hard to learn & navigate
2) it’s pricey
3) doesn’t save emails as a draft which really sucked.

Here’s what happened. On a couple of occasions while composing a message, I needed to go back & check the proposal, when I came back, all that I had written was gone! And I had written & edited quite a bit!

Over all, a beautiful platform with great features—it’s just not as intuitive and at times can frustrate me, even after 2 years.

Not as advertised

I love the platform - adhd can cause me to be a bit picking about how an app or site looks aesthetically and honeybook is great! The contract templates are awesome and easy to use. However, I am an owner of a cleaning business and I found a page on honeybook advertising their software as perfect and easy to use for cleaning businesses - this is not correct. This platform is much more useful for web developers or project contractors. The step by step that you must go through each time to book a client, I.e. “creating a project”, “follow up”, “proposal” etc. these are not required steps for booking cleaning clients. It’s especially complicated when considering recurring bookings for regular bi-weekly clients. A simple option to just book a recurring appt in the calendar with notifications/reminders should be available if advertising that your software works for cleaning companies, because currently it does not, it is for freelance type projects, and is too complicated for simple client booking needs.

Makes professionalism easy!

HoneyBook has been the best CRM I’ve used since starting my business. It makes everything so easy and seamless. My clients love it and I love that I can easily keep up with communications, documents, and more for my clients’ projects all in one tool. The app doesn’t have as many capabilities as the actual website, but it’s still very manageable for on-the-go needs!

Love it

I love this app to organize and track my orders for my bakery however I wish it had a better setup for buisness like bakery’s ,food,candy etc, although it is fairly easy to alter to your preferences . I also wish it had a tab to show all completed projects and allowed you to remove or hide tabs you do not use or need . But it is amazing at keeping everything in one place and organizing your projected in the specific stages they are at in your process. I also love that it allows me to email and update my customers and allow they to pay through the link it sends as well , it creates a more professional and secure connection for both my customers and I.
