  • Peace of Mind at its finest for a small business!!

    As a new, first time, business owner there are so many hurdles to jump through. Systems and credit card payments were my top two priorities, after of course bringing in clients/new work to provide for me & my family.

    The first thing I noticed was they allowed me to personalize everything! And since I spent a lot of personal time creating a font & colors & logo, that was really cool to be able to use it on all my paperwork. AND THE SMART FILES!!! Wow!! Being able to flip an estimate into an invoice is top notch! The auto fill information is key to saving time and the need of an assistant right away! Not to mention all the contracts ARE MY OWN!!

    As a one-man band, a licensed and insured General Contractor, my main focus has to be in the field, networking & bring in new work constantly. With the peace of mind that my paperwork is safe and in order is a huge weight off my shoulders! And when I do need help I’ll have them learn HoneyBook! Because it doesn’t get any better!! 🔨🦾

  • Good App, too many fees.

    I love the app. As a photography it’s great for sending emails, invoices, templates and keeping track of finances. I love that part. But I don’t like that you have to pay a fee every month and then for every booking you get you have to pay another fee on top of that. Also if you choose to direct deposit instead of waiting 3-4 business days it charges you for that ON TOP of their fee. I think it’s excessive if we are already paying a subscription. Other than that great.

  • Mobile piece still needs work - not perfect for on the go professionals

    I wanted to send my couple a timeline for their wedding, but the mobile application doesn’t allow for that to happen. I had to make the timeline on my desktop laptop.I find a lot of the features on the mobile app are not that great as far as working for the person on the go. I am constantly moving around and only have my phone to use so this is a little disappointing. Also when I ask for help on a deposit question, the auto bot feature says it will get back to me in a day. I Purchased a subscription on the app why can I speak to somebody right then in there?

  • App Will Not Work On iPhone 13 Pro

    I’ve had the app for a while now and it was working great on my iPhone 11 but now that I’ve switched to iPhone 13 Pro Max it simply DOES NOT WORK! I cannot log in!!! I have deleted and uploaded the app over 10 times, didn’t work. I used the same password that I use to log into the desktop version, still didn’t work. I click “Forgot Password” for a reset link, I NEVER receive an email to reset the password. I’ve checked spam, promotions, etc. just NOTHING! This app really needs a full update. When I was able to use the app, it was not user friendly at all compared to the desktop version. I hope the app gets fixed and updated soon with things that’ll actually make it more user friendly…I’m sure if it does people wouldn’t mind paying the prices at all.

  • Best All in One Tool

    I love how everything for my business is in one place and easily accessible in the app for quick references. I can do everything I need to do with room for improvement because I know I am not completely utilizing all of the features. Once a little time is spent to set up (they have people to help you) it basically runs itself!!

  • Great Concept-Tough to navigate

    I joined during the pandemic in the hopes this would save me time. There are some great features, but overall, for the price, I’ve spent way more time then I’d like trying to send invoices and set up processes. I even spoke with an ‘expert’ to help me get set up, but didn’t want to spend more money on top of the monthly fee. Maybe it’s me, but I think it needs more fine-tuning before additional features are added. Plus, the app is more limited the the website, even after 1-1/2 years as a subscriber.

  • Honeybook is great, but the app isn’t for iPad…

    Honeybook is pretty awesome!
    We use it for the all of our client relations, even our bookkeeping and calendaring for our business!
    They charge monthly AND a steep fee, so we take payment elsewhere when we can to avoid the charges.

    But other than that, it’s amazing.

    It works as it should almost all of the time and it’s incredible to have all of our notes and client resources in one place.

    The phone app allows me to check the calendar in a hurry, as well as get notifications for payment and inquiries.

    But it doesn’t work on my iPad Pro!!
    I mean… it technically does, but it’s vertical.
    And so I find myself ALWAYS using the browser version.
    Not a deal breaker! Just inconvenient and just wanted to give my feedback.

  • Money hassle

    My partner and I just started a business and honey book seemed like the one stop shop for CRM. Scheduling, invoicing, everything. We received our first payment and honey book is making it almost impossible to get our money. I’ve done everything correctly. Double and triple checked. Did everything they suggested. And the payment has been failing to hit our account for a full week now.
    You can chat with customer service but in extreme cases like this you cannot talk to someone over the phone.

    I do not recommend honey book. Spend the extra money and use any other platform so they do not make getting your money a hassle.

  • Wow!

    I’ve heard about HoneyBook from other photographers, and I’m so glad I tried it out for myself! I’m just starting out, but I have loved it so far. Easy to use, so many templates, and it even helps you find opportunities near you. The only thing I wish it had was a way to view templates you are sending to your clients as mobile versions, because I mostly work on my laptop and most of my clients view it on their phones. Other than that, this app is amazing and I love it!

  • Working pretty good

    Pretty good app, keeps me very organized but there is defiantly phone blips that I wish could be avoided ie: deleting drafts!

    I have been very great full for the program though :)
