Well designed, indispensable

The best in class. I use it everyday. However, I have attempted to activate the upgrade for months on my iPhone 7, but the upgrade screen is inert - nothing happens when I touch the choices. I have left 3 messages with the app développer but never got a reply nor even an acknowledgement that my message was received. Unfortunate, as I would make the app a permanent addition on all my devices.

Candy crush exit

Well, as much I understand and accept the need to advertise in order to survive, I found it irritating not be able to close Candy crush. If this problem will persist I have no other choices than delete the breath app.

Great potential ruined by advertising.

It is totally incongruous to have advertising on an app for relaxation! It’s ok to ask people to Pt but don’t impose advertising BEFORE offering an option to pay and avoid advertising. A good app ruined by insensitive and inappropriate advertising.

For anyone, anytime

This is simple and genius. Before you say something you’ll regret, Breathe+. Can’t sleep, Breathe+. Set it to your most relaxing pattern and those 10 seconds of breathing can spare you hours of grief.

Love the colors. I played with the time setting for a while until I got it just right for me.

Metronome would be useful

Nice and easy app to use. Better than most. A metronome option would be useful to help the breather count, especially when set to long breath holds.

My favorite app

Breathe+ has helped me so much as I deal with anxiety and depression. It helps me return to center as I deal with my emotions and I’m able to acknowledge my negative thoughts without avoiding them. Both my children are using it now as well when they are nervous or dealing with big feelings.

Easy to use and modify to your breath

Wonderful. I was recommended this app by a doctor helping me with anxiety and insomnia. He started me on a couple minutes 3 days a week and eventually (over 6 weeks) worked me up to 2 daily sessions of 20 mins each.
It works great. Now i use it infrequently, just when I start to get worked up or ruminating or can’t sleep, then even for 3 mins it is great though when i can go longer, it works even better! Highly recommend it!

Thoughtfully designed

I’ve been using this app for a while now. It stands out for its simplicity and is very effective in providing, tactile, audible and visual feedback to time your in breath, hold, out breath and hold out durations. The choice of sounds and the on screen visual patterns are quite pleasing. The app would be even more useful if it allowed users to save their favorite patterns for easy recall. To push ones luck a bit more, it would be better yet if it could tie in with an HRV app to help record the physiological effects during the practice.

The Yogis are in to something

I don’t use it enough. Set a reminder to practice your breathing several times a day. I can lower by heartbeat (8 in 4 hold 7 out hold 4, repeat). I can make better decisions under stress (5in 2 hold 7 out, repeat). Have done any Wm Hof but will. Thanks guys. We can all be modern yogis.
