Bad bad bad!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could l would give this app zero stars because I had to have my mom pay for the upgrade and then I had to delete the app and get it back for it to register and before my mom paid there was SO MANY ADDS and you can’t pause the time no matter what!!!😑

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Exactly what I was looking for to support my breath work.

Awesome Little App

This is a great app for breathing exercises. It allows for a lot of flexibility to suit your own preferences. The sound and visual cues are helpful but can easily be turned off if desired. The one thing I would love to see is a selection of preconfigured options with a brief explanation on each. i.e box breathing or deep calm breathing.

Really nice and simple

I very much enjoy the free version. One issue I have is some ad keeps freezing the app and I have to force quit, restart and click a new color scheme (regardless of previous scheme) to get a pop up. Getting that upgrade pop up is the only way I can start the app.

I'd also love a darker color scheme to use at night. Darker blues and purples that won't blind me if I try to use the app before bed. I'd upgrade for that!

Easy

Simple and effective

Great for medical uses! Just could use a few touches

This app has been very helpful to me, especially since I suffer from fibromyalgia. I often have chest pains that make it difficult and tremendously painful to breathe. This is the only thing that I have found that can make the pain go away and help me breathe normally. It also helps me calm down and breathe when I’m feeling anxious or having a panic attack.

The animation of waves and the vibrations make the breathing routines easy to follow and relaxing.

However, I do wish that the app allowed me to set more times for the app to remind me to do a breathing session. Why just 4? Why not unlimited? Also, I wish the notifications made a sound, because simply popping up on my screen is not enough to get my attention.

Great Biofeedback

I’m a neurofeedback counselor and highly recommend this app of all the available breathing apps for nearly any kind of stress management or as a way to find focus and calm. I’ve been using this for myself and suggesting it for clients who shared positive results in management of anxiety and sleep issues.

Very easy to use!

It is very easy to set the lengths of in-breath, out and hold intervals if you want them. I really like the rising and falling image they use for guiding your breath. It takes up the whole screen and so is easy to see if your device is within view. The audio is very pleasing and soothing. I like having the audio because often I want to close my eyes while doing the exercises. You can set a session length if you want. At the end of the session the image stops the rising and falling and the screen displays an End of Session message, all very quite, not an alarm. First rate app. Five stars for sure!
