This app is absolutely awful. Errors displaying nearby lots. Trouble logging in. Resetting my password multiple times only to be prompted that my password and email don’t match.Park someplace else!
Can’t update parking
You apparently can’t update parking if you started the parking via text?? That’s not convenient!!JJ addict

Pay by hour?
There is no option to pay by hour. Set arrival and departure time, lot#, and it’s a really high ***flat*** rate. Even for two hours.
Find metered parking at another nearby lot. This app is just insane, not well thought out, and definitely not worth it.user_S292
Fix the machines or fix the app
Machine didn’t work which forced me to use the app, Can’t add time to my reservation, made a new reservation on the app and I come back and I still get a ticket after paying a ridiculous amount for parking… either fix your machine to include tap to pay or make it when you pay on the app you don’t get a ticket because now I have to waste my time disputing a ticket that I can’t do until 24 hours after it’s been issued. Thanks for ruining my Saturday. (Ticket issued at 4:45 and my new reservation was until 5:10 @ 520Beach)Show lessYashington
Complete farce
Parking lot directed to use this, but even after signing up, couldn’t pay for the specific ticket. Just use the barcode on the ticket and leave this app be.rhejmactavish
Literally useless
Can’t manage / rent / enroll in parking for my building (managed by ACE) through the app. Can’t do it online. Have to call a phone number (that doesn’t answer!)Golem golem golem
Awful App
Don’t download and do not park at the San Fran lot. Downloaded the app and paid for parking in the lot where the app marked where I was at. Went for a walk to come back to an $80 ticket saying they can’t verify that we paid for parking. I will be disputing this ridiculous ticket. I don’t know why downloading an app to pay for parking is an option when you’re going to just ticket people.Show lessakynalove
