Unbelievably bad
The only reason I use it is the lot I go to charges twice as much if you don’t use the app. It takes a zillion steps to make a reservation, it ignores all your defaults and makes you re enter them every time. They need to fix a lot of small things and two big things: 1) shortcut to make the same reservation again, 2) option to not make a reservation, just scan as I go in and out and charge me whatever it costs!Show lessGeorge Snuffleupagus
Like other reviews, this is a bad app.
The parking app didn’t even have the parking garage number available on the app, despite “Download the ACE app!” Being plastered everywhere in the parking deck. Imagine not being able to pay for the place you *have* to pay for.Misnomer 2
Terrible app, ridiculous forced use
This app is terrible and the lot we needed to park at wouldn’t accept any other form of payment other than using this garbage app. I’m not going to sit here and list the hundreds of things wrong with it, enough people have done that. Suffice it to say, the people creating the app clearly aren’t ever using it themselves otherwise they would know it isn’t even ready for release to customers. Over charged.
There are several “$5 flat rate” signs in the pay lot. We’re just trying to have dinner. The only option In the app is 10 hours for $9.05.DeplorableMilitiaMom
Not all lots listed
We went to a garage that had changed to ACE. It was not listed on map and no way to manually search. Parking lot attendant said it should be there and told the group I walked up with we needed to pay, but no help. Went to another lot.RDF444
Have the developers themselves ever use this app?
It’s functionally so hard to use. It doesn’t make sense that you can’t type in the lot number and instead you have to zoom into the parking lot from the entire map of the US. Like what? On top of that, after you zoom into where the lot would be, it sometimes doesn’t show up on the app. For how clean the interface looks, the app is awful to use. Worst parking app
This is by far the worst parking app I’ve ever used. It doesn’t allow you to extend your stay, you have to purchase an entirely new visit which is a nuisance to begin with. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra block for a different lot. It’s not worth it. Also, prices were 2x as much as the other lots around.Show lessJopel08
Absolutely the worst thing ever!
App doesn’t direct you to next part of instruction. Hard to find your lot. Impossible to figure out how to actually pay for parking. I uploaded all the info, CC, etc, and it just didn’t want to me to pay. Okay, fine, but it leaves doubt whether your car will get towed or not. It is one of the most user unfriendly apps I’ve ever seen.
What makes it worse, is you don’t have time at this point to f@&$ around and fiddle with it. It should be much easier. You’ve parked, it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to figure out. You want to go to the event you’re going to instead of trying to decipher your parking situation.
This is the kind of inept tech that makes you cuss and long for the old days of cash when you could just stick some money in a slot.

After creating an account, I couldn’t purchase parking, so I got back in my car and parked somewhere else.L_Reden
Downloaded app, paid and got a ticket
Went to ace parking lot. Their terminal wasn’t working, so i followed instructions to pay on the app. Added payment and my license plate. Walked back to car and found a ticket on my windshield.
