So I purchased HD CAMERAS and the app to view them remotely is what we have here. Let me explain to you it needs a serious update and additional features. You can’t do much at all or change any system settings. It is completely outdated and not user friendly! You can’t even watch your cameras in HD without constantly toggling the setting every single time you open the app or the specific camera to view. I honestly would not recommend this or the cameras due to the remote viewing app. If you don’t need to remotely view your cameras then you okay.Show lessJwilliams614119151
Huge issue
At this time defender is NOT working on iPads. There was no notification to users, and I could not get a response to my email. I called and was told that they were aware of the problem, working on it, BUT COULD GIVE NO ESTIMATED DATE FOR RESOLUTION OF ISSUE. My business security is monitored from 5 iPads, and now my just over a year old system of live monitoring is nearly useless for our application. The cameras had worked well, but customer service on the incident was a complete sloppy failure. Will we know when the issue is resolved? Will we be given notification? Will it even be resolved? I need to fix my business security now, and don’t even have an idea from defender how to proceed.Show lessa well paying customer

Defender, you need to fix this app ASAP
As others have stated, this app worked fine on IOS for IPad until the latest IOS update. Now, this app crashes immediately upon opening. Obviously, there is incompatibility between the latest IOS version and Defender HD version.
Please fix this, as nobody wants to review security camera footage on their tiny IPhone screen.Show lessJohnDBC
Doesn’t work anymore on the ipad
Please fix this. I open the app and goes to loading on the logging in screen then crashes to my iPad screen. It works on iPhone though. But I use my iPad Pro more because screen is bigger.Zaneta Morgan
Problem Since iPad iOS Installed
The Defender 4K app works with the newest iPad iOS update, but Defender HD will not work. The app crashes at login and closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and that has not helped. The app cannot be used on iPad right now. When will an update be sent to correct this?Mvd0178
Impossible de me connecter avec IPad
Comme d’autre ont rapporté, impossible de se connecter avec mon IPad. L’application ouvre au login et se referme toute seul. J’ai réinstallé avec le même résultat. Je suis extrêmement déçu. Crashes after update Help. 2.5 does not work
Was working fine for 2 years on my ipad mini 4 until this latest update. Opens to login screen then crashes closed. Now app is useless. Please roll back update. My wifes ipad still works and yes she did not update yet. Equipment not much use without the much touted “ remote access” from defender.bwana1948
