  • A Hassle-Filled Experience

    Whenever I want to gift FlexiPlan, it shows “To gift Flexiplan, you need to use Mobile data (GP Internet) from the same number you are using MyGP with” and don’t let me gift FlexiPlan.

    It keeps saying this even though I'm using mobile data from the same number that I’m using with MyGP. And why is there such an absurd rule that I can't use WiFi and must only use mobile data from the same number?

  • Using this connection more than 13 years but service is obsolete

    The packages offered for the post paid customers are baseless and either they are blind or deaf. You need to be more customers friendly, otherwise you will be out of market.

    Always show very poor network. Service not satisfactory. Can’t change the SIM, because most of my near dear’s are familiar with my GP contact no. GP authority should take care of reasonable accepted network everywhere in Dhaka City. Price and period of Data package should be synchronized in favor of poor income group people across the country. Thanks

  • Confusion

    It creates huge confusion while choosing internet packs as there is Chorki and other entertainment staffs are included .you should clearly mention that users cannot use entertainment packs for any other purpose like in other platforms. A lot of money gets wasted . Try to mention more clearly and appropriately so that the users can understand properly. Make it more user friendly.

  • The worst

    Worst network in the country. The network frequency does not work in most places. In addition, No need to make such an app that cannot be used when you run out of internet and need to purchase internet. They are the hypocrite company in the country with the most expensive internet where the frequency is abnormally down most of the time. Many people are in the trap of getting this network in the first phase of mobile network expansion and cannot easily change the network as their number is spread out. GP is taking illicit advantage of its early expansion.

  • Don’t want to get unnecessary GP calls while using roaming

    I have noticed for years that whenever I use gp for roaming I am receiving calls from Gp marketing. Please make sure I don’t get it this time
