The most exited feature of ios 14 is homescreen widget. And almost 90% ios user now useing ios 14. I use myGp app for chacking my internet package and balance via widget. If myGp app bring to many customizable widget for ios 14 it’s will be awsome.
So please update this app for ios 14 and optomised widget.

GP sells our data to other company.
Gramophone helps to company by sells our data. I don't want your offer and discount. You give my number to govt. They disturbing me everyday by giving me unwanted sms. Grammeenphone also send sms to us. Disturbing me everyday and night. Please stop your marketing annoying policy. Otherwise I will starting true review in everywhere. This is unacceptable. The internet balance that you show on the app is vastly inaccurate. I went on to browse the Internet seeing I have around 40 MBs remaining and within few seconds, without any browsing at all, I receive message saying ‘Pay-go’ internet has started. And before you know it, your account balance is gone ! This couldn’t have happened because of the background app refresh because I had that feature turned off on my phone. This is a cheating with your customer base and a violation of consumer rights. The whole ‘pay-go’ thing is a scam. You add a layer to it by showing inaccurate internet balance on this app. I am thoroughly disgusted and outraged.Show lessRahman9625

When using through mobile data then it’s ok but while using via WiFi I got logged out automatically, need to log in again. It’s happening from last 7 days, previously it was ok. I’m using iPhone 6+. Please help.MI Hossain

I used to be a big fan of Flexiplan because it actually served a purpose. With the more recent update, the Flexiplan combos I used to use completely disappeared. The app now forces you to spend more money, robbing you of the “flexibility” which Flexiplan once used to stand for.
Heavily disappointed in GrameenPhone, this seems almost like a dealbreaker and I’ve used this number for the last 16 years.Show lessMakazoid

App crashed each time after update to latest version. I need to reinstall manually. Also auto detect login not working. After first attempt I don’t have option for manual login. I have to reinstall again! It’s insane. Hopefully go will be careful about these basic cases.Sakibcuet
This app is very helpful but...
This is a must have app for all GP users. The UI is very good and organizing multiple GP numbers in one app is very helpful too among other things BUT this app should get support by the developer more with the current trend of tech. Like:
1. Need dark mode support for iOS
2. Widget section isn't working and it's been months and yet to be fixed
3. Live chat support directly from the app
4. Easier log in function with iOS fingerprint and pincode support
5. Less notification about offers but more notification about my account which is this app is all about

It was working well at beginning. But now it’s not working and every time I’m trying to login and a message pop up that “It’s not you, It’s us”. After that I followed the process several times but I didn’t get any solution moreover they’re customer support is not working as well. Such a frustrating situation.Show lessHassanSajib

Need to update
I think you have done a better job for everyone.. but need to upgrade some features.. You have gave history where we can see only outgoing history but need to see incoming also.. we don’t want usages history, we want all the call details and all kind of history.. So if you would be kind please give the all history..
