Prepaid to Postpaid Myplan
Though I’m seeing Myplan 250 & 160 in my eligible Plans, I can’t migrate to those as it prompts “Invalid Input. NID”. Even though I haven’t asked or inserted any information about NID. There were only info about address and email id options that I was asked to Input. Even contacted Support and they assured me more than once that I can migrate from MyGP app. And after several attempts, clearing cache, recharging worthless 400tk deposits then received call from 121 that “ I’VE TO GO TO NEAREST CUSTOMER CARE” What a “JOKE”. If it’s not possible there should not be any option in the first place.Show lessSajol K Saha

Widget not showing my remaining Data

Can you please fix the problem? First time everything was excellent. But after the latest update I can’t see my remaining data volumes on widget section. I’m too much disappointed about the issue. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app as well widget section.Radoanahamed
Add Checking Remaining balance of MyPlan Postpaid!
It will be convenient for the MyPlan postpaid users if this feature is added. Currently we can only check our remaining MyPlan balance by texting "plan" to 4777. This is troublesome. So it will be of great help if this information can be seen from the My GP app! 😃@aiyaz7066
Available balance is showing Zero in widgets
Available balance is showing zero in the widget though I have certain amount in my account. But it shows the real amount when I open the app. Facing this issue since last few days. Please fix the issue.AsimKumarDey

Recent update isn't helpful
After updating to recent version the logo isn't visible to ipad pro 9.7. Please fix that up. And the app isn't properly pixelated according to the display pixel ratio.
