  • Can’t Sign In

    I don’t understand the logic behind the app signing out automatically and I have to sign in every other time. Why can’t I keep it signed in!! On top that I can’t sign in now and it shows to change my browser settings which I tried but didn’t work. Now I can’t use the app any more. Moreover, there is no way to reach out to customer support and report this issue.

  • App Crash

    App is not opening. However, when it opens, I can browse but cannot purchase any services or switch between my linked accounts.
  • Gift not working on ios 15.1

    After updating to ios 15.1 gift option not working. Showing pls insert the sim from which the gift will be sent. Although im using that sim. Pls fix the issue.
  • Bad Experience

    Unable to login from last month although reinstalled several times. Also too much slower. You will have to use gp internet to connect to this app. Using 50Mbps WiFi speed this app is not working.
  • Overall good, but…

    Navigation:
    - when you’re 2/3 steps inside an info, you can only go back from every page one at a time. Try adding navigating buttons at the bottom follow all pages.

    Pull to refresh:
    - home page doesn’t load with all items sometimes. Especially the remaining talk time card. Pull to refresh brings it back. Are we having multiple api calls for basic info? Can we load them in one call and render the baseline cards together?

    Support for iPad:
    - can’t manage the sim used in iPad from the central app on my phone. iPad doesn’t receive sms and mygp app runs on iPhone emulation mode there. We can have an alternate authorization method other than sms. That would help to manage the devices from single central app.

    Apart from these, I find this app very useful. Through and through. Maintaining family’s multiple numbers from single app is very welcoming, especially when you are at work and your mom runs out of phone credits at home. Thank you GP for bringing this app to me.

  • Need Improvement

    You should Update your App by improving the updating time of Call History. It shouldn’t be within 3 hours. Without GP most of the sim company update their call history to their App after cutting the call.

  • Poor Apps. Need more updates

    This apps doesn’t show proper balance most of times. Even it wants login again and again. Overall experience is very poor
  • Sign in problem.

    I have been using my gp for couple years. I have bought a new phone and i want to sign in my my gp account. But, I can’t sign in. When I login in using my gp id, I t doesn’t login. I don’t know why. It is happening since a few months. Pls fix this problem.
  • App Performance

    “MyGP” app has always been Great. Everything we needed, was available!
    But till recent update it feels so *Heavy and *Buggy

    Yes, You guys want to organise the APP by introducing everything someone needs. All in one place!

    But the question is, “Do We Really Need Everything”?
    for example the *Games... If I have to or I want to play games, “I would have downloaded it from the appstore” not gonna waste my time on here!

    But features like **“Sehri & Iftar Timing” or **“Namaz Timing” helped me a lot.
    If it wasn’t “MyGp” app I might needed to go through the other 3rd party apps/Calendar/Printed Time every day.

    But as I said, It was running smoothly enough until the last update. Now it feels so buggy and takes so much time to load and sometimes it don’t!

  • Lots of Bugs in New Version

    Lots of bugs in new version. Secondly number/link account is not working. Profile pictures disappear. FNF names are not showing in the app. FNF page showing only numbers. Sometimes FNF page are not showing any information. App log out automatically and very frequently. App crashes. Please fix these ASAP.
