I can’t think other operators rather than GP, enjoying GP since 2001; and never ever use/think to change this.

Even on ios i cant even login, every 7 days the app decides to log out , and when i try to login it decides to redirect me back to the app and says somethings wrong, Please Fix it AsapDeveloper Response

Balance does not get updated if I recharge from another platform

The works well on my iPhone X, my moms 6 plus ,& my iPad Pro. But it would be nice to get a proper iPad supported app, instead of stretched out iPhone app.Good app, but has issues
Good app, but for the last few updates I noticed it won’t refresh usage data on Wi-Fi. In other words completely useless unless I am on GP internet (mobile data). Other operator apps (My Robi, My BL) work fine with Wi-Fi. Please fix this problem so that I can improve my ratingKindly introduce Dark mode
The app is good. Please introduce dark mode and also if possible reduce down the price of the packages. As you are being able to improve your derives and you guys are now banned to sell new and old SIM cards in ND so for gods sake you have no right to increase the prices of the data packs. As 3G is going away very soon so please focus on implementing 5G as almost everyone buying a new phone in 2022 has a 5G enabled handset. So please take this review into consideration and at-least try to hold on to the game that GP had once.

It somehow doesn’t work when I m using wifi and trying to open the MyGP app, Only When I switch to 4G then I can use this app. I use a IOS device and has been facing this problem for quite sometimes. Please GrameenPhone fix this problem.Problem with landscape mood
I am iPhone 12 user , when I try to watch TV there is no landscape mood. There are two buttons (minimising) & x(Close). There are no any other options to watching tv on landscape. Please try to understand & solve the problem as soon as possible…Developer Response

Why its not working on wifi? I had to use mobile data for mygp. Every apps worked fine with my WiFi except MyGp app. Fix it pleaseGarbage
